Wow, this is a really great piece. It takes you back about 800-900 years to the time when Vikings were conquering the world (that's how I see it anyhow).. The theme to this song is really nice, using an ancient flute sample..the deep strings accompanies the flute really nicely with a rich, really nice chord progression. There is also a male choir sample in there to add to all of this. For a fantasy piece, I think it manages to keep the listeners attention all the way through.. Once again, great job Andreas and JoJo! No need to comment Andreas' technique I believe.. as most experienced trackers on the scnene, he will always deliver a technically perfect tune. JoJo I know too little about, but it seems he knows what he is doing also. Nothing else to add really...

Andreas Viklund is in my humble opinion one of the best techno artists on the scene. Personally, I'm not a big fan of hard techno, but I can certainly hear that Andreas has perfected this style. This song includes awesome samples, and it has a drive that will keep you dancing all nite! Andreas uses the volume command carefully to aviod making the samples sound stale and lifeless, which is often what happens in tracked techno tunes. Technically Andreas is great! He knows how to use the various commands and he uses them at the right time! As I said, I was specailly impressed with how he used the volume command to bring those hard rebirth samples to life..(they sound like rebirth at least).. he also does panning really well. If you like techno, get this and the rest of Andreas' songs!

Well, this is classic demo music by two classic trackers from the old demo scene. They were members of anarchy, and together they have served us several unforgettable tunes. This one is no exception. It is a pretty fast paced piece with heaps of nice little synth leads. The bass is awesome, and it is amazing quality for its time! And remember folks, this is 4channels.. if you heard it without knowing that, you would not believe it! These guys knew how to make use of each channel. This tune sounds more full of life and more powerful then many multichannel songs! Commands are used cleverly, and samples are nicely done. If you search the net, you can find more tunes by these two wizards!

This song is very comfortable to listen to. It has a nice build-up, using really nice floating strings and a hi-hat. I think then the bass kicks in a bit early, he could've spent some more time building tune up, because there will be a nice little musical climax in this one. At about two minutes of PT, the tune has its high with some excellently tweaked rebirth samples! After that it really descends, quality and musically. Nothing really happens, which is a shame, because I really thought this was quality material to start with. Technically, this song is not very well done. The author uses string panning which really doesn't work. The bass line has very little variation, and the drums are a tad boring if you ask me. The samples are great, and the author.. who is unknown, doesn't fully take advantage of that. Overall.. if you like a little ambientish music, give it a try!
