I'm new to this forum.

I really need a .mod for this soundtrack from Puyo Puyo game.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=norf5WJaOas - Sticker of Puyo Puyo (Mega Drive version).

I want this soundtrack as .mod with less than 200KB.

Uhm, that's not how this forum works. If you want a MOD version of a non-MOD track, you will have to learn tracking and do it yourself. And if you want it to have the same fidelity as the original track, you can probably scrap the 200kb limit since the Megadrive does not only play samples but also has an OPL FM chip which would need to be represented by normal samples in a MOD file - so the tiny FM patches of the original music would have to be turned into way larger samples.
