I will be grateful for suggestions what song it is (title, author or the name of a game if it is a soundtrack) or where to download an original module from (a mod or mp3, whatever).

That's Skaven's Ice Frontier. Not an Amiga MOD, but ScreamTracker 3.

I think you are really good! Before you edited your response, you suggested Skaven's Second Reality or something else by him. I started listening to it and found resemblance around 8:00 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cpNGBzd2SLE). I went through  a couple of his other pieces, and at some point YouTube suggested me a song entitled "Ice Frontier". At that point I remembered the title and thought it had to be the song I Was looking for.

How did you recognize it was Skaven? Thanks for your help once again.

Just to clarify, I was pointing out that the melody at the end quotes Second Reality - I didn't mean that this is Second Reality.

If you listen to many of his modules from that time, you will recognize that many of them have a similar style (e.g. melodies) and largely make use of the same sample set.

Right, you did't say it was Second Reality, but that there was some resemblance. I paraphrased your words mistakenly. Sorry for that!
