| Well, this song is pretty simple with only one piano sample, but it does have a pleasant melody to it. If the mixed in some very light drums and bass, it may help improve the song quite a bit. The piano sample isn' the greatest in the world, but it doesn't sound too bad. As said above, another sample or two couldn't have hurt. Still a decent song if you want something relaxing. | |

| This song has a lot to offer. It has a relaxing dreary melody to it, and has a lot of good bass added in. Light drums compliment the melody, and do not stand out a lot (Good thing in this song) This song is very well written, I believe the samples are very good. (Even though the author says some of them are over 4 years old) ;) One of the bass samples does sound a little too metallic, but I wouldn't worry about that too much | |

| Yeah! This is a song from Sepultura, which does some really good music. This s3m is just about as good as the real thing. I love the heavy guitar sound and drums that this module has to offer. As the author says in the comments, the lead guitar sounds pretty bad, but I still wanted to give this song a high rating because every thing else about it is excellent. If you like Sepultura, or you don't know who they are, I recomend you listen to this one! :) | |

| This song is very fast paced, and has some totally awesome vocals in the background. (Such as "Dying in the sun...." "Never been so much fun....") The drums and synth on this song really add to the total experience. Man, this is one fast-paced song, and the author's work on this one sure shows. The vocal samples are cool, as well as the drum and synth samples. Give the author an email and tell 'em how much you like this song. :) | |

| Very cool fast-paced song. It has an awesome melody which can keep you head banging if you are so inclined to do so. :) The song starts out heavier, then it gets a little softer and goes into a bunch of guitar soloing. I love the bass on this one, its nice and heavy which is typical for the metal genre. The guitar samples at the beginning were too close together, and it sounded more like a cheap midi file. (The melody was still cool though) Once it gets past that part however, the song is great. | |

| Mozart! Need I say more? This is a very good interpretation of the original, with a few added twists. If you have listened to any of Mozart's orignal music, you probably know how great this one will be. The samples are great on this one. I like the harpschord-type sound for the main music. Some of the high pitched notes towards the beginning are kind of annoying however. The author could have perhaps picked a different instrument than what he did. | |

| A pretty good short song. I did not fall asleep on this song. The beat is actually uplifting and not depressing. It is repetitious but the song seems to be made for background music. One of the better "background" songs that I have rated so far. If you have space on your HD then you should download this one. The samples are good but the author seemed to only put about 4 of them in the song and it still managed to take up 120kb (I'm big on HD space since I don't have any.) A nice rythm makes this song a pretty pleasant one to listen to. | |

| There isn't much to this song. It just uses a few melodies which are kind of boring, and it is extremely repetitive. Well, some of the instruments kind of sound dull in this song, but the bass guitar sample does sound fairly decent. This song sounds like it didn't take very long to do, because it is pretty simple. I guess I've seen worse, but I've seen better too. | |

| Well this isn't even a song. More like a background. It made me almost fall alseep. I don't know how you cqan use 200kb on this song since it is the same rythm repeated over and over again. The song fits it's title though. Good quality samples. The song does make you feel lonely but that's not a good thing for a song. I would never listen to this more than once because it is very very repititious and boring. | |

| I think this song is awesome. It has a really "sadistic" melody to it, and the beat will almost leave you breathless. (If that's possible) It has a few corny laser effects, b but I guess that coresponds with the song title. ;) I like the synth bass samples on this song, and the drum samples are top notch. This song couldn't be much better. I just wish that it was longer. (Its 1 min 38 sec.) I'll be on the lookout for any other stuff by this guy. | |

| Not a very good song. It is very wierd and I don't recommend wasting the 200kb. It sounds like the author has been listening to too much statci on his tv. The same rythm is repeated over and over. Maybe it's a hypnotic thing? The samples aren't that bad. There is voice in this mod. The mod itself sounds horrible though. The samples are good quality. Now only if the same went for the actual song. | |

| I found my self listening to this song several times until I satisfied my music desire. :) I love the beat on this song, and I think it a very cool dreary melody to it. The author says that this song is about the things that he hates, and you get that feeling with this song I really like the samples on this song, they seem to be of high quality, and the bass beat will really rattle you. (Assuming that you have decent speakers) :) To sum it all up, this song was very well written. | |

| This is pretty sweet tune that has an awesome fast-paced beat. It also has some cool "wah-wah synth" along with it. The author says that he only spent 1-2 hours on the song, so it sure sounds pretty good to me for that time frame spent in making it. This song has some good fade in/fade out effects, and I believe the tempo is perfect. The only downside to this song though is that only a few samples are used, which can make the song sound a little dull at spots. Other than that, this is a fine peice of work. | |

| Ok, even though I don't like disco, this song isn't too bad. It has a good, stable, beat, and some cool effects throughout the song using synth. I do think the drums are a little too fast at some points in the music in relation to the rest of the samples, but I think disco-type music fans will really like this one. "Soul-O-Matic" uses very good and "clean" samples, which can sometimes determine whether a song gets a 5 rating or a 10. My bias towards not liking disco may have gotten this song a lower score than it deserves, so I reccomend you listen to it yourself and decide how you like it. | |

| "Star Control 3" has an excellent beat throughout the song, and I found myself tapping my fingers on my desk. :) The synth in this song really does remind me of one of those spaceship themes. This song had a lot going for it, but I thought it too repetitive, as are a lot of songs in the techno genre. However, this song is great and I especially love the high-quality samples the author used. | |

| This song was only 5k, so I expected to probably be a flop. But I was totally wrong! This song is very good, and leaves you with a kind of eerie sensation. It uses some good bass synth in the background, as well as some pretty good fast drums. The author made excellent use of all 5k in the song. :) The samples probably could have been of a little higher sampling quality without anyone caring, but they're not too bad really.... | |

| This song starts out with some pretty cool drum effects, but it uses them exclusivley for more than half of the song it seems like. Then it uses some kind of weak synth samples which don't add much to the song. The samples were kind of crackly, especially the drum samples. As said above, the weird drum samples were used WAY to much. | |

| As you've probably picked up, this song is from the game Super Mario-64 on the Nintendo 64. I'm not sure how close it is to the actual song from the game, but the song itself is one of the best I've heard. I really like the piano/guitar samples, as well as the background synth sample. There is hardly anything to complain about in this song. The reason I gave this one a 9.0 was the fact that the song kind of ended a little too abruptly at the end. If the author would fix that, it would be perfect. | |

| This song is another great song done by The Future Crew. It even has a sample at the beginning that sounds like a rocket engine firing up, with fits the song name "Skyrider" well. This is generally a pleasant song that is good to listen when you feel like dancing. :) This song was done in a good, "smooth cut" fashion. The only thing that I have to say against it is the fact that some of the synth sounds in the background got annoying a ways into the song. (The ones with the high notes especially) | |

| I think this song is totally awesome. It starts out soft with some synth samples, and then gets more techno with a nice bass beat and some other samples. The tune is totaly awesome, and I'd reccomend this one to anyone. This song was tracked extremely well. The samples all use good appropriate lengths, and there are only a few spots where I think the author could have done a little better. (It seems that the "bass beats" don't quite always synch up with the music correctly) But I believe that can be overlooked........ | |

| This is an excellent version of Enter Sandman from Metallica. This is very close to how the real song sounds. I think that the instrument choices were excellent. The guitar samples were tracked very nicely, but the drum samples could have been a little better. The snare drum samples seemed a little too short, but this song is a classic and I can live with that. | |

| This song just has a few beat samples that go "all over the place" throughout the song. The song is very repetitive, and can get kind of old. (At least it isn't too long) Well, the samples collaborate well together, but as I said above, the whole song basically sounds the same. | This tune has a very catching melody. It starts out softly with bass and drums and then some very synth-sounding strings. The rythm changes at many places, and the rythm changes in the song are very good. There are not many songs with such good rythm changes. The piano melody is a bit repetative, but that sounds good anyway. The song has like two melodies changing many times. There are only two bad thing about the song, and one of those is is a wierd sounding break somewhere in the middle. The other bad thing is what makes this song just get a 7 instead of 8.5, and that is the background strings that sounds very synthetic and sound really crazy at some tones. The first thing to say about the tech of this song is the wonderful rythm structure. It must be one of the best beat and bass lines ever made. It changes perfectly smooth, and it really gets part of the rest of the melody. The bad thing is as I said the horrible synth strings. They put it down a lot. If they would have been used better the song would have been rated at least 8.5. | |

| Good music! This music got good solo's, but.. not every music is perfect. Suddenly, D.A decides to stop the music for 5 seconds in the middle of the music, and it made it very ugly, sadly, this music is very short, and it would be a cool music if it was longer, and there wasnt a stop in the middle. Anyway, i enjoyed this one. Ah.. *sigh*.. Already made drums. As i always say, i think this shows low invest.. | Well, this song is mainly about the beat. :) It starts out with one beat, then adds more and more drum/beat sounds as the song progresses. It then does a funky mexican tune a synth sample. Toward the end, the song gets really cool with a bunch of different samples going at once. This is a very fast-paced song, and the author did a pretty good job of making it. It just seems to me that the author just kind of threw in a bunch of samples and got lucky. I guess thats ok, because this song is still well-written. | |

| Very good song with a great samples that almost puts me into a trance. :) The music in "Shattered Dreams" progresses very well and flows very smoothly. This one is definently on my "download now" list. As I said in the music rating, the song flows very smoothly, and you don't hear any clicking in the samples that you sometimes here in the, well, "lesser" songs. :) The only negative thing I have to say about this song is that at some points it gets a little repetitious. | This music is'nt very.. uhh.. good. Welp, the whole music is a drums solo, with sometimes another little solo. whats DAMN ANNOYING, is that it's repeating itself for 5 minutes...! at first, it sounds cute, but after 1 minute it's really getting on your nerves.. What surprised me, is that this song has 35 patterns, and it sounds like only 5! The samples are really ok, already-made drums.. as i said (10000 times..), i dont like it. I loaded it on Impulse Tracker and my eyes saw a terrible work. go check yourself for details. Welp, some of the solo's was made good.... Kastor is shutting down... | |

| Highs A good beat good idea and flow but... Lows It's not bad its just dull and, well... average this is as middle line as they come I didn't hate itt but I found it very hard to pay attention to. It does everything right technique wise it just isn't interesting. If your looking for a song to work by get this it's one of those songs that seem to sound like everything else out there. Actually the samples are quite good the organization is nice and flowing keeping away from repitition and not changing the sections to fast. The only problem is the melody instument is not increadibly high quality sound and disstracts a bit more from the song. | |

| Highs This is one big high (and I'm not just talking about good) the song starts like many other songs but then goes into some trippy melody that sounds increadible One of my new favorite songs! Lows If anything the transition in the end of the song is a bit awkward and abrupt. Although it kind sounds like the guys getting a major hangover Nothing can possibly be said against the samples. Wonderful some of the best I've heard in any song since .camelwithoutfilter My all time favorite ( if you don't mind the vocals :P )The organization is great except for the transition into the third section that may be intentional but it does tend to get on your nerves a bit. Oh and if your going to be picky the title dosen't seem to fit it that well. | |

| "Why Do I Feel Like This?" is a nice mod, but it starts out with a uncoordinated sounding HiHat, but it turns out ok. Then goes into what sounds like to me coordinated chaos, and then straightens out and uses nice bass and piano samples. On a Technical rating this song gets minus points for the beginning HiHat, but it makes up for it by using it underneath the melody. Great use of samples and it seems to fill the room with sound. A good tune for relaxing time! | |

| While repetetive, Outer Spaces does have it's redeeming qualities. It has a very nice rythym that flows nicely and unlike many anime-style MODs that I have downloaded, this one is pleasent to listen to, while a lot of them, blare and make me run for the bottle of aleve. I could fall asleep listening to this song (and in cases, that could be a good thing). It's a nice listen, just don't put it on repeat unless you're into self-hypnosis. Very clean. The percussion and bass, I like the best. The lead consists of a lot of light synthy samples that give the song a very spacey sound to it. there are parts, I'll admit where the samples sound kinda dry, and I was wishing for just a touch of reverb there. | |

| With all my appreciating and love to trances, I must say, this thing sounds like my FARTS. and no, they doesn't sound good. Sorry Gizmo, maybe next time you'll make something better. all the music you hear a strange psycho solo, sometimes ppl saying "enjoy the adventure", "comeon dance with me" and "comeon, let's rock that!". uh well, when im telling about it here, it sounds a normal music, and if THIS was called a trance, it was a big shame for us, the trances lovers and makers. And now, just two words: THIS SUCKS. I've got no problem with the samples, the samples are good, but Gizmo could use better samples. What i dont like, and i dont like it in ANY music, it's that Gizmo used already made drums. I hope he made that himself, cause if no, I think it shows real low investment. | |

| When I first listened to this mod ,my first thought was this would be a really cool theme song for a police-type movie. Lots of tension...lots of "whoop-ass"....lots of looooove ! It starts out quite nicely. The beat is really rolling, then the melody come creeping in. The beat is contagious,and the melody makes you kind of edgy,actually a rather neat feeling. I enjoyed this mod,and I hope you will too :) The samples are very nicely done,and it blends well together. The drums are a bit heavy, but I think that adds depth in this case.The sound effects are good,kinda gives you that bug-zapper feeling,but it's ok :)I think ,all things considered ,this is a good mod and certainly worth the download:) | |

| This is bad - the bass drum beat, which is practically most of the song, is way to harsh and just begs to be turned down. The samples which are overlaid on top are out of tune, sound terrible, and are really weird. At one point there is a sample which sounds like a baby starting to cry - hardly tuneful. The drum beat is OK I suppose - but way too loud and harsh. The bass drums should be much quieter. The "lead" samples don't fit properly with each other - and there isn't really any tune at all. It is too repetitive - the same drum beat loops all the way through - and too long for a song like this. Not very good. Some people like this sort of hard rock/techno style music - I don't. | |

| It's weird, this one - there are four different tunes combined into the same file. They are so seperate that there is a gap left between each, and the artist writes the title of each song within the instrument/message section. You wonder why he didn't put them all into seperate files... Anyway, one is an original tune he made up, one is a Doctor Who theme remix, and the other two are remixes of tunes from the C64 game Commandos. They all sound as though they are from the C64/Atari ST era - all the instruments are basically different types of ping, the kind of sound effects you used to get from these machines. They are OK, if you like this type of music, but hardly modern. Different is the word. The samples I have already mentioned above - variations on a ping. This is an 11 channel S3M, but I've heard better in a 4 channel MOD. The artist REALLY cacked his looping up - he's set the Doctor Who part to loop over and over, but unfortunately this means that on certain players - MOD4WIN for example - you can't access the last two tunes. I really don't understand why these aren't all in seperate files - I might have given them a higher score if they were. | |

| Like KGS.MOD (above this in the list) this is a techno piece which sounds as though it could be out of a game. Unfortunately, this is not as good as KGS.MOD. While all the same elements are there, it just doesn't seem to work as well. It may be to do with the fact that this piece does not create atmosphere in the same way as KGS - this is the kind of music that if it were in a game, it would be there in the background but you really wouldn't notice it. It's not all that bad, just not as good as it could have been. At one point in the piece there is a Tetris-music style part, which sounds a bit out of place. I'm not quite sure why this is in there, but I'm sure the artist had his reasons. Considering this is a 4 channel ProTracker MOD, this is put together well. The samples are low quality, but you would expect that from a song this old. It's a shame that this song couldn't have been as good as KGS.MOD - in essence it sounds similar, but the atmosphere just isn't there. | |

| This is a techno song, but the way it has been done makes it sound as though it is out of a game of some sort - I don't know, it may actually be from a game. When I heard this music, for some reason it made me think of the Alien series of films and games. It is that sort of style - you could imagine it being used in a Quake/Unreal style game. Believe me, if this music was playing and an alien appeared from around the corner, you would be spooked out. Very atmosphereic, very good. The samples are relatively low-quality, but you can forgive this seeing as it is an old 4 channel ProTracker MOD. Everything is put together really well, and it creates the atmosphere I mentioned above. This tune easily beats some of the modern 20+ channel XM or IT tunes. If you like techno, and you have a Quake/Unreal style game, you must download this song. | |
