| I guess this must be what a sunrise sounds like. That is if you hear sights ... :) Anyway, it sound nice, that's what I wanted to say! What makes it better is the fact that it sound really original. It may be short for some people, but it really is ok. The samples sounded very nice. Some of them sounded like sort of a cross between "earth instruments" and "city instruments". Other samples, such as the piano, souned more normal. :) | |

| This a compo tune, so that's maybe why it sounds sort of like a demo tune! This one changes too. It starts of slow, and speed up, very gradually. It's quite pleasing to listen to. And the author(s) did a really nice job with it! The samples are really good, especially for the time that this mod was created in. (1992) The samples of these old songs tended to be not so good. But these are an exception, they actually sound clear! :) | |

| I don't think that some people will think that this is a dance tune. It is. Sort of. But I think techno is the word that I think should be used to describe it. Really light techno. It's not heavy, like so many other tunes, but it's very light. Which is different. There are some voices that are in this module. Like the rest of the samples, they're played really soft. You may have trouble hearing them unless you turn up the volume. There is some repetition, but that's not a problem with a dance tune, right? | |

| It's definitely a rock tune. It kind of has a "demo style" quality to it in really small amounts. But it mainly sounds like a non demo style kind of tune. More like a game tune, in my opinion. There's quite a bit of pattern repetition in this song. Out of the 24 patterns, 19 are different. It is a solid rock tune, and the instruments, like the guitars really carry it along. | |

| There's not much to listen to here. It's really just a couple of patterns, and like patterns, playing over and over again. I guess the author's intent was for you to relax to this one. But I'd find that kind of hard if the song never really changes! The samples are really really soft. It's hard to hear them on most standard medium volume configurations. The repetition of the same/like patterns is, again, really annoying. I supose this would be a nice relaxing tune, if you need it to be. But if you just want to listen, avoid it. | |

| This music is not very nice to listen to. There are sound effects being thrown all over the place in this one. And the main tune is basicaly the same for the whole song! It really sounds like there are A LOT of repeating patterns. Avoid downloading this one. The way the samples were used was not good at all. They were constantly repeating themselves. They were noticably soft. The voice(s) were played at a really really low frequency. And there is one sound effect that keeps popping up. And the repeating patterns are really annoying. | |

| It sounds good at times, but this song is usually just a blob of notes. It really seems to fall apart sometimes. Eventhough it does have a mix of themes, it seems to stay together like paper glue in water. At least the samples sounded nice! There were a few times when these didn't sound so good either. The author could have done so much better with this one, too bad it's still falling apart. | |

| You may remember the opening tune a little. It's a varation of a common one, but after that, it goes into techno mode. This tunes bigest downfall is towards the end of the song, it really just cuts off. It dosen't sound good at all, and makes for really bad looping. The techno instruments are bordering on generic, but the strings are refreshing to listen to. The cut off I was talking about earlier is not just a cut, it's a quick fade, and it happens at the most horrible place. | |

| Not a very good tune. Though I believe that the composer agrees with that, as "paska" is finnish and means shit(perhaps that's why this composer didn't tell who he is). Yet it is not PURE SHIT, it still has something I like. But what is it really? No, I won't listen to this "paska" again, except if I'm in a really shitty mood. If thinking of it, its quite well made technically. It might be that I just don't like this kind of music.... This raises the score a bit. The drums sound good, but why do they need to repeat that same over and over again for so long time (not for the WHOLE tune). Still if I were to made something similiar, it would never end up sounding as less annnoying as this piece of "shit". It seems that the composer didn't succeed with this tune as well as he could have. It has a sample made of a txt-file, wich actually does not sound so bad. Perhaps that TXT-file had some nice words.... | |

| A very nice song. It has a nice intro made with drums. It's a bit like a disco tune, but not that much repeating. I Like that. And, it has a nice flute wich comes in somewhere in the middle of this song. A very good tune from this composer, who did unfortunately leave anykind of refer to himself in the sample/istrument list or message. I would give this tune 10 points, even it is at least NEARLY a classic, but it is the first tune I review and don't want to give a ten right away........ But what the heck! 10 will it be!!! (: I *ALMOST* gave it only 9.5 :) It has nothing to make it better (though somebody said that you can always make progress, but I quess I have to disagree this time...). It has excellent samples (nearly all are 16bit) and uses them well. A Special remark for that flute. It really fits there, though somebody might not expect that kind of instrument in this kind of tune. But that's what makes good tunes; to make them a bit different. Wery well finished song, this really does not sound anything that would be unfinished. | |

| Cool *dark* house track,the piano melodies in this track are very catchy - in the good way of course. :) build up of this track is very cool.. it starts with the slow piano melody and after that the beats start to go and then the melody comes again with strings and theres a part with a *fake-ish* acoustic guitar sample,everything sounds good.. although the artist should have used some more voices/effects in the background when the melody plays... this way the track just sounds boring in some parts.. The beat isn't very good,the clap sample's volume is higher then the bassdrum's volume,if the beats in this tune were better this track could be awesome. nothin' special in the samples on this track... but its a good track anyway,its got a good vibe and it stays with that vibe the whole time. the piano melody sounds a bit like the x-files theme song :) | |

| This guy knows what he's doing. Too bad he just didn't do it better. All I really have to say is that this song could have been a lot better. It's nice, but still not great. The "voice" type samples were good. In some instances they were used like any other regular medolic instrument :) There's also a nice little "buzzing" effect that's used on the hi-hat. Neat! | |

| If you listen to this tune, you can definitely pick up some very different mixes inside of this techno tune. The mixes are different sytles of music, like rock, that seem to blend in very nicely with the tune. Even if the voice sampled didn't make any sense, they sounded good! So did the rest of the samples, all made the song a bit nicer. It was nice that the samples weren't just techno / voices. But there were different samples that sounded "out of place" from the theme. Nice. | |

| This song definitely has a bit of techno and rock mixed in together. I don't think I've heard anything quite like this in a long time. But here it is, and it's worth a download! The techno like samples don't sound generic! Neither do the effects! There is one voice sample, most likely made by the author, and it's really weird. It sounds like he's really straining himself to complete his sentence :) That's used two times during the entire song. Some may even find it very funny. I know I did! :) | |

| This is one of the very rare occasions that I've actually "heard love". Strange, yes, but I'm sure you'd feel it too if you listened! :) The only downfall of this module is that it's really really repetitive. That was just about the only thing I didn't like about. Which is probably why it's so long. One pattern in particular keeps repeating, though. One sample that really caught my attention were the bells. They sounded very "mystical". Like the bells you'd hear in thoes RPG/Fantasy musics. :) But I'm still confused to why the author named this one "oxygen"? There is a cool wind noise, I guess that may be it! | |

| I haven't heard anything remotely James Bond in a while, and this one has it all! This is a nice mix of some themes, and non themes. In both techno and rock styles! There are some very catchy tunes in this song. Excellent! The strings in this song really added some "James Bond effect" to it. I don't know how, but it did. The techno samples, and effects are pretty generic, but what did you expect? There's one voice, and it's well place. And the rock/guitar sample is very nice! | |

| Well, it's a chip tune. And it looks like it was ripped from some sort of game. Perhaps Amiga? Well, that seems to be common these days. There's not much happening with this song anyway. It kinda sounds the same the whole way through. The samples are ok. Except for the hand claps, they sound so horrible. (Or is it suposed to be a snare?) | I believe that this song is trying to depict the atmosphere of our world and all of our digital information and sound flowing over it. It includes some very nice melodies that change frequently enough to prevent the song from getting boring. There are als o a lot of subtle tunes in the background that really add to the song. Some very interesting voice effects. Also some very nice effects that sound a lot like a radio being tuned. The background effects are nicely done and placed at intervals so that they add to the song rather then detract from it. All in all I think the art ists did a very good job of this song. | |

| To be honest, the classification of this module isn't that hard, I just don't know the word. It sounds almost like some music you could here in a movie. It is very good. It's kinda happy. In the beginning I get Spain or Mexico in my head, perhaps that could give you all a hint of the style... The samples aren't the best, but they are definitely not bad. The song changes style very good. This song never gets repetetive. The song is 2.40. When it comes to effects I couldn't see much more than volume changes. | |

| Well.. This is a very short tune, 1.19. And it still gets repetetive... It's the same thing during the whole song. He keeps adding an instrument, but the melody, the bass and the drums keep going the same way. This module would need a change after three patterns. Still, there is a melody, and if you add some to it there could be something. I wonder if I could get this module out of my head? The samples are of low quality. I particulary dislike the drums, but the other instruments aren't that good either. Effects? Panning? Stereo? No... There are no effects at all in this module, not that there has to be any but.. This guy is definitely a beginner. If he keeps doing modules, and experience with the effects there might be something. Try playing with the volume, that's not so difficult. | |

| When I started this module I first thought it was some kind of a oriental song. Then it turned more into... pop? Well, it's original anyway and it's good too. The song is a bit short though, 1.16. I really like the rythm instruments. Why use effects? Many guys do overuse them but OHC definitely does not. There are some echo, but that's it. The samples are OK. | To be honest, this is not the kind of music I usually listen to, but I like it! It's a housestyle module, with some singing in it too. The song is built on the same chords during the whole module, but there's almost always something changing like the bass, the drums or the strings. Owerall I think it's a little to long. It does get a little repetetive after three minutes or so. This guy knows how to use the effects and how to use them right. The samples are well cut and of good quality. As a result of this, the module is 2.6 MB. I like the singing, but since the module already is this big I would have liked the singing samples twice instead of changing the frequency. | |

| A little repetitive but the middle of the song has a nice melody. I listened to it two or three times before I deleted it. It gets old fairly quick. In a way though the song was kind of relaxing so it was nice break from most of the other MODs here. This song has really poor drum samples. They sound a lot like my old Sound Blaster 1.0 MIDI drums. I've heard much better MIDI files let alone MODs. Could be improved by using better drum samples and toning them down a bit. | |

| Now this is nice! IT is also my first review under the letter 'G', strange fact but true. This tune is very 'background', it doesn't try to force into your face and because of that it works superbly. Technicaly sound, everything is perfect, great muffled bass sounds keep the tune going while the higher freqeuncies are pronounced but not too dominant. | |

| There are a lot of things about this I could complain about, but they all come under TECH. Musicly, the guy actually can play! Credit for that, MODs do have a lot of effects which sound nice but that is not what they are about, if your music is crap no amount of effects will make it better. One sample, and it isn't really that good. Things like piano and guitar are hard to track because they are so dynamic and can have so many notes going at the same time. Still, _Matt_ did a pretty good job of it, but then I think he/she was using a MIDI keyboard. :-/ | |

Its not spectacular but then there is nothing wrong with it so I can't think of any good sarcastic insults this time. All in all a perfectly mediocre tune. Samples sometimes sound a little low rate but I get around that by twiddling my EQ, there are no obvious differences in key or bad timing, it holds together well. | |

| This song is a nice mix between ambient and synth. It starts off with a very nice ambient part wich lasts for about 40 seconds, then fades to a typical synth/pop song. The tempo is quite slow, not too slow though. As I mentioned, first 40 seconds are very imppressing. The samples are excellent. Then, the artist manages to, in a smooth way, change the entire theme from ambient to slow synth/pop. The drums are very well made, and I liked the echo effect, it suits the slow tempo of the song. | |

| Not much along the line of originality, but it has a certain appealing element to it, if you're a fan of chip. It does gets a little repetitive about half way through the song, though. Overall it is an average chip tune with the standard vibratos and pitch bends. Nothing new here. What can I say? It's just a chip song. The samples seem fairly standard, and they are tuned well to each other. The lead sample, though, is a bit soft and hard to hear while all the background chippy stuff it going on. The ending was a bit unimaginative, as it just kinda' stops. Overall, it's about average for a chip tune. | |

| Uhm...nice song... I can understand not everybody likes this kind of music (very! bit Prodigy like), but the one's who do, will like this song I guess... I like the vocals you used, it really gives the song some more power. You also made a nice schedule (AA' and so on) for this song, so it's not just a few patterns after each other. | There's not too much to say about this tune. It's not all that good, mainly because it uses combonations that are as good as using something like, orange juice and tooth paste. It really sounds ackward sometimes. You'll get into a nice solid beat, then all of a sudden be thrown into something weird and strange. Something that dosen't go with the previous tune AT ALL. And some of the patterns didn't even make much sense. And the bass drum was one of the most noticable instruments used. The voice was not good at all. Even if it was the only voice used, it didn't fit into the song. And the echo effect sounded very forced and distorted. The bass drum, I think, was played way too loud. | |

| The music is good, it just dosen't sound very inspired sometimes. For a bit it just kinda drags itself along. It gets a lot better towards the middle/end of the tune. But it's very mellow, so that's about it. I really didn't like the drum sounds. They were played at a very low frequency, and of course they didn't sound all that good. Very deep and slow. I'm sure that was the intentsion. The strings souned very nice :) | |
