An attempt at a Latin bolero-son within the confines of the SNES soundchip.
Bongo samples recorded by me. Those were 6" and 7", x-ray film on the macho
(small high drum) and original rawhide head of unknown type on the hembra
(large low drum), on unknown wood shells.
Tres samples were actually from guitar samples manipulated and then
mixed using some OpenMPT functions. Those guitar samples were from a
CC0-licensed set I found at freepats.zenvoid.org.

Conga sample from user menegass on Freesound, CC0.
Cowbell sample from user mattyharm on Freesound, CC0.
Played around with pitch on the conga open tone sample especially, used
that pitched-up with quick decay for conga slaps, and pitched way up with
even quicker decay for claves.
For the bongos, I programmed in full strokes, including the quieter ones,
to fill in and compensate for having only the loud strokes on the congas.
Snuck in an SPC conversion as raw data in sample 16. Take out this sample,
export as RAW, rename extension to .spc, and load into an SPC player in
emulation or a real SNES. If you have issues loading it, try changing the
sign (signed/unsigned conversion).
