Main music influences: New Order, Front Line Assembly, Duran Duran, Delerium.

Tracking since 1993, but I just learned the S74 command in 2025 which has made me very happy.

https://modarchive.org/index.php?request=view_by_moduleid&query=210891 no, it's not sour grapes
this song is litteraly "a bunch of samples arranged in certain order"

Thank you for the honest comment(s), it's probably the oldest song that will be on here by me and i'm not very happy with it so the current score checks out imo. Very strange behavior tho as you said. I guess I'll have to get used to it. Cheers!

hey, I remember you commented on one of my modules asking about the MIDI macro (Z) command.
I don't know if I ever responded, so I'll respond here.

the Z command was added to Impulse Tracker as a way to send arbitrary MIDI data to MIDI devices connected to your computer.
however, in Impulse Tracker (and OpenMPT and other IT-compatible programs), two special types of MIDI messages are *not* sent to any MIDI devices, but are instead used to control the cutoff and resonance of each channel's lowpass filter.

by default, a Z command with a parameter of 00-7F sets the cutoff, and 80-8F sets the resonance. (90-FF does nothing).
you can still customize what the parameters do in each IT file, if you want to send your own custom MIDI data or whatever.

for my cover of Eternity, I just left it on the default configuration (00-7F = cutoff, 80-8F = resonance).
