Sounding quite a bit similar to Reed's urethra.mod, this very nice module has a few important distinctions. The drum line, while still clearly on beat, has a more dynamic feel to it and the high-pitched, melodic bass line is traded for very satisfying, groovy lows, giving the mix an even fuller sound. In terms of progression and melody, Urea geller is not as interesting as urehtra.mod, featuring less variety and more repetition. Aside from the little melody/arrangement mash-up towards the end, there's no distinct climax. Nonetheless, the ambling nature gives it a casual charm, not quite found in the more emphatic urethra.mod.

Despite having a simple, metronomic beat most of the time, this is a very moving, harmonious and melodically rich module with captivating progression and dynamic, nicely varied arpeggio usage. The mix is very mellow, setting it well apart from the piercing sound I've heard in many otherwise very well-made chip tunes. One of my all time favorites!

Despite being not too different from the original, this is a really enjoyable module, staying faithful to the Turrican II title song and capturing the spirit of Turrican music in general very well. Only complaint: In comparison with the typically crisp, grainy original TFMX module, the samples do sound somewhat mushy, I guess this is due to technical limitations though.

Melodically, this is my favorite track from Jazz Jackrabbit 1. Every time I listen to it, the far, dry and hot desert spaces of Stonar come to my mind, it merges that well with the level it accompanies. The overall sample quality is about average for the time the module was created. The vibraphone and the flute sound very nice though and the way they are arranged as alternating/duet lead voices is lovely to listen to. What really makes this song an unique treat however (besides the meldoy), are the choppy reverbs on the beat and the vibraphone, combined with a nice synth chord staccato. These really create the feel and atmosphere of a vast, deserted, open space. The melody is simple, yet very effective and memorable. The harmonies between the two lead voices are diversified and really give the song a "far, far away" feel. The chord progression is interesting and switches from diatonic to chromatic chords very smoothly. Last but not least, this is one, if not the most sophisticated track of the entire Jazz Jackrabbit soundtrack and flawlessly executed. I give it a full 10 out of 10

This is definitely of my favorite Jazz Jackrabbit tunes. It has a catchy beat and bass line and the lead is genuinely groovy. The sample quality is rather bad, but the pulpy sound of the overdrive guitar only adds to the experience. I could listen to this all the time.

Being outstandingly executed, this superb Jazz piece surpasses most tracks I have heard so far I've heard in the world of modules, at least as far as polish and sample quality go. Never have I heard such lifelikely sounding instruments before. The melody, despite being not very complex, is very well crafted, though a tad too eccentric in places for my personal taste. The arrangement is exceptionally rich, consisting of many instruments discretely playing in the background that really enhance the interesting albeit moderately dark mood. Overall, this is a very enjoyable track showing indeed true musical excellence. However, due to it's eccentric passages and gloomy nature, not quite the piece you'd listen many times in a row and at any occasion.

This is a very nice, cheerful track with well chosen and applied samples, enjoyable arrangement and good bass line. The piano lead may be a bit weak sounding in terms of volume in comparison with the powerful organ sound, that's really only a minor marginal issue though. Well executed stuff.

Another one of Teques outstanding electronica works. This remarkably well compiled somber medley perfectly fuses with the visuals of the "Final Reality" benchmark by Remedy, which happens to be one of the oldest benchmark applications for 3d graphics accelerators and the spiritual successor to the renowned "Second Reality" Demo by Future Crew. Watching the animation while listening to this tune greatly enhances the mood, so give it a go!

One of the rare pieces you can hardly listen to without starting to bounce around on your chair. The fusion of frenetic groove and a truly demoniac lead make this module a musical pearl.
