Technique, Arrangement, Composition (6/10)

The 4 channels are filled out with notes, little effects are leveraged, except for volume flips and a note slide during a very well placed time. This song is proof that you can make it sound good without over-engineered samples or superfluous effects. Sometimes a good order of notes is hard to beat.

Development (7/10)

The samples are clean and give a classic 8-bit sound. No badly ripped samples here! A well timed beat runs through the tune, major pattern changes flow smoothly into each other, and the song loops seamlessly.

Creativity (10/10)

The melody is inspiring, it is pretty creative and stays consistently catchy. This song also has a good contrast between high and low pitches. It has a nice build up-and-down in tone before a dramatic quiet scene before the final piece that ultimately links back to the loop-able start.

Enjoyment (7/10)

I have this song in my collection, and have been listening to it on my commute to work! It is reminiscent of the era when computer music first appeared. As a whole this works as a song.
