This cover of the famous song is recognisable, but flawed. Orchestration could have been more accurate. The samples run the gamut from a well-done bass, to an annoying trumpet, to chip waves, and the bottom-of-the-barrel Windows MIDI drum sounds. It's hit or miss, depending on how nitpicky you are about accuracy.

Very catchy, but I would have liked it a bit longer or else looping, instead of ending after less than a minute.

Pretty nice little chiptune. The melody and progression remind me of the famous Comic Bakery tune, yet it's different enough that's it not a cover of it.

A little slow to start, but very nice once it does. Good use of both insanely huge, high-quality samples in addition to some old 8-bit samples. Like many XM's, however, it is very quiet, and due to global volume commands, it's not feasible to adjust the sample volume in your tracker.

It's not terrible, but I have heard better trance-style songs. This one comes off as a bit repetitive.

This is an odd module indeed...it's like a bunch of different melodies combined. Most of these melodies are very average 1988/89 Soundtracker stuff, but there's also pieces of the Comic Bakery tune and "Happy Together" by The Turtles. The transition between said melodies is lackluster, just randomly switching from one to another with no rhyme or reason. Despite this, it's listenable.

A catchy, high energy track. Unfortunately, it's too short for my tastes, and the primary lead is an obnoxious synthbass-like sound. But the piano part is really nice!

Like Dustbin's other modules, there are nice ideas, but the execution needs a little work. The hihats are too loud, and the bass too quiet. Not to mention the default pannings don't really cut the mustard.

This is a really nice little chiptune! Although I don't like the short bridge-piece around 1:40, but at least it leads to a great endpart.

It's got some nice ideas, but the presentation needs work. The mixing is horrible, with the chords and bass drowning out the drums and lead in the earlier parts, and the lead blending with the bass in the later sections. The leads sound like they've gotten tone portamento and vibrato added just for the sole purpose of adding effects (i.e. they do not benefit the sound at all.)

A slow-paced song, with a bit of a tense mood. Good use of volume slide and ST-01 quality samples. This version is extended from the version used in the Unreal demo, and the extension is done pretty well. Strangely, the panning is significantly better in the original.

Really nice chiptune. As others have said, the best part is the fast-paced section in the middle. But the rest of the song is great as well!

This is pretty cool, and thankfully it's a bit longer than most of Sinc-X's modules. But I don't like the middle segment (thankfully, the bad part only lasts a few seconds), or the ending. At least it has a proper ending, though.

Now this is really cool! Fast pace, nice chords, and cool bass and melodies. But alas, it's too short, and ends abruptly. Not to mention the standard array of unused samples that reside in all of Sinc-X's modules.

A fast-paced, energetic song. And unlike many of Sinc-X's songs, it has some semblance of an ending, with a fade-out at the end. But it's still pretty short, and contains a surplus of samples.

This one's pretty cool. Funk-style beat, with nice melodies and bass. But it suffers from the same problems that plague most of Sinc-X's work I've heard so far: too short, ends abruptly, and huge unused samples. But thankfully, it does not sustain any notes on looping.

This is a cool module with a sort-of creepy vibe to it. Unfortunately, it's pretty short and doesn't loop correctly, like a lot of Sinc-X's modules. The samples are insanely huge, and most of them aren't even used! No wonder it's seven megabytes!

This is awesome...for the first three minutes! After that, it's just a bunch of boring, disharmonic segments. Had the artist eschewed the last 13 minutes, I could have given this a 9/10.

There's potential in the beginning, but the drums are off-time. After the first 35 or so seconds, it's much better, with nice melodies and a fast pace. But right when you want more, it stops abruptly, looping back to the beginning, with the chords from the end sustaining. It's a shame that this has so many problems, because I really liked some parts of it.

A very good song, with tons of variation. Nice use of the S3M technologies. Comparing this "remixed" version to the original, the only real difference I can find is the panning, which I'd actually say is better in the original. Still, either version is worth the download and listen.

The first 30 seconds are attempting to build suspense, but it doesn't work too well. After the first couple of patterns, though, the song gets a lot better, with nice melodies, and a cool mix of modern and classic Amiga-esque samples. Speaking of samples, that's the main reason behind the 6/10 rating. For the first two minutes, all the samples are fine. But then, the lead melody changes to using the "hdist" guitar samples. They are grating as hell and mixed too loud, drowning out the background! That's a shame, because otherwise, this song would've been worthy of a better rating.

It's not terrible, but it's a bit repetitive. It's got a common progression - C minor, D# major, A# major, G# major - a favorite of 1989 modules - but its melodies are nicer than that.

This isn't knock-your-socks-off amazing, but certainly better than most of the early-90s demo tunes. It's got a good variety of well-used effects, and the samples, while commonly used in other modules from the era, are passable quality. The chord loops are terrible as expected, but thankfully it's not very noticeable.

Even though Aryx is a great chiptune, it's relatively short. As a result, this 14 1/2 minute megaremix seems a bit excessive. Not terrible, but could have been done better.

A very good trance/techno style song. It's a bit repetitive, but that doesn't work against the song very much here. The instruments are all pretty good, but I don't like the "Hihat FX" sample (#17.) It's quite long, at around 7 1/2 minutes, which doesn't help much because the author has just re-used the same themes to extend it to such a length.
