| All in all pretty catchy hardcore tune featuring samples of what sounds like a German priest going nuts whiule preaching about abandoning faith. I’d love to find out where these samples were taking from, probably from some movie or maybe even from one of those religious TV programs (it sounds far to weird for that, though)? Musically, there’s not much variation going on in this tune but the main parts work very well. | |

| Another track I remember from my childhood. This one is a little gimmicky, it’s a hardcore tune arranged around cat meow sounds as lead instruments. The track features a surprisingly hard beat and some nice twists, though some of the high-pitched cat sounds tend to get a bit grating. Still, this is pretty effective for what it does, especially when the beat kicks in! | |

| Another track I remember distinctly from my childhood, must have discovered it on some magazine cover CD. Surprisingly hard and grim sounding tune that starts off with a catchy beat that starts to get a bit repetitive after a while, until it returns in various ways after a break. The sped up ending is a nice twist. | |

| Simple but effective hardcore tune constructed around a couple vocal samples from a Dutch TV mockumentary, Kreatief met Kurk (can be found on YouTube). I remember this confusing me to no end as a child, as I had no real concept of Dutch, and so it sounded like extremely slurred German to me that I was never able to make anything of (with weird sexual undertones). | |

| Very short and completely over-the-top track built around Robocop vocal samples that are thrown in in all kinds of pitches over a hard beat, often seemingly at random, sometimes to construct wild melodies. "Excessive" is probably the best adjective to describe this, and it barely qualifies as music, though the middle part features a pretty groovy bass line. This would get extremely annoying if it would last even one second longer, but at 1:55 it stops right when it’s still exciting in all it’s crazy glory. | |

Long and rather strange but very atmospheric multi-parted track. Starts off with an ambient part that slowly morphs into tribal-like percussion, flutes, and choir voices, then fades into a strange and more heavy rhythm accompanied by oriental singing and organ-like synths that sound majestic and full of doom at the same time, which finally fades into a moody ambient outro dominated by forlorn sounding flutes. Not being a Pink Floyd listener, I have no idea how much this is influenced by Dark Side of the Moon, but even if this is just some kind of straight cover, it’s doing a fine job in terms of arrangement and sample use! |

| Repetitive tune consisting of a somewhat pleasant and almost relaxing beat accompanied by French baby voices that hover in an awkward space between sounding cringy, creepy, and annoying. I guess someone considered this cute at some point. High-quality samples for 1992, though! | |

| Considered a scene classic (at least following some contemporary sources), this is gem of teenage vulgarity and a nice illustration of what the platform wars could make people do ;) This mainly shines thanks to its slightly off-tune German voice samples besmirching the Amiga in all kind of ways ("Scheißding!", "Briefbeschwerer!") and indulging themselves in a number of destructive fantasies against it, accompanied by a sluggish but effective beat. The icing on the foul cake are the overly loud burping samples that also close the song. I love the Amiga, but I can’t deny I very much like this tune! | |

| Somewhat baffling multi-parted dance song that sounds pretty random or at least freely associated to a degree. There is a certain charm of the strange and slightly psychedelic to this but it’s not enough to make it an interesting tune, as the individual parts are not all that engaging (or at least not all of them). The worst offenders are two parts that use badly looped rhythm samples. | |

| Simple track but very effective in what its doing with its limited sample set, mainly pushed forward by the super catchy bass line (that sounds like covering some 80s song, hmmm...) and the cowbell, the realistic percussion samples in general give this an unexpected touch of Samba. Gets a bit repetitive after a while, though. | |

| I’m normally not into hard rock/metal MODs but this one a slight outlier, as it’s relatively dynamic, there’s quite a lot going on with the drums and especially the tom samples sound unusually powerful. Also, there’s this unexpected change at about 3:00 into a clean melody that’s definitely ripped from some pop song I can’t remember right now. Added to that this features some vocal samples that are used in a rather odd way which makes this tune surprisingly fun to listen to. | |

| I’d say this is one Necros’ odder pieces, and not in a bad way. The verse has a somewhat dark and murky, almost Film noir atmosphere, varied by more colorful and hopeful parts, but everything is slightly off in a deliberate way. Love the moody samples and all the little melodic and harmonic twist, though the song feels a bit unfinished when it suddenly stops. | |
