Probably the composers first try to make something serious, and therefor this composition should be acknowledged.
But there are no strong points and no very weak points. It is never going to work, because it is only based on three drumsequences.

Drumsequence is too loud, the simple melody too easy.
It's based on the sequence, and that should never be the case. Only an octave higher to make it interesting is not going to work.

Development (5/10)

The arrangement is poor.
As said, only the drumsequences seem to be important. Those are way too loud, so everything else is subsidiary. The composer has tried some tricks, but these are not
For example pattern 21: try to do something with the volumeslide of the string, but no idea behind it.

Creativity (5/10)

Trying, building, but not real music yet.
This composition depends on fragmentary.

Enjoyment (4/10)

Well, it is music, but not original, too easy, not creative and technically spoken poorly done.
But! The composer can learn and grow, that is for sure.

Additional Comment

The song is called 'Liquid Sweet Harmony'.
It is not liquid, not sweet and definitely not in harmony.
If the song is written with Bittersweet Symphony by a famous band in mind, which can be found in the build-up and the sequences, but even the melody finds some tones from that song, the composer should be a bit embarrassed.
