MIDI conversion, so not an original piece, and old ST-XX samples. Come on, you can do better !!

Taking someone else's MIDI file (https://freemidi.org/download-1757-murder-she-wrote-tv-themes) and replacing the samples with outdated ST-xx samples doesn't qualify as "tracked & covered by". This is a plain old rip. Zero artistic work.
