I found this track to be a bit boring, with a simple bassline, and matched noted in synth a bit higher. The bass hits a little too often, and the singing doesn't really help the track as much as it should. After listening for a couple of minutes, I began to wonder if there really was more than two or three patterns inthis track. Overall, not too wonderful. The dynamics were really bad, used to propose climactic shifts. The repeating synth eventually becomes engrained into ones mind, and becomes a nuisance. Percussion was too loud, and not creative in the least.

This is a great guitar blues track, with a real grungy blues feel. The lead is simple, running a capable melody over a standard 12 bar pattern. This is a unique listening experience, as there simply isn't much blues available. About three minutes into the track, the tune goes to cut-time, and offers something that might be heard from early ZZ Top albums or something. This section is really cool, but a bit weak on lead essence. The track changes once more, back to the original theme, with an awesome transition that left me reeling. The samples in this track were really weak, especially in the bassline, but it didn't take too much away. The percussion was really well done, and the lead guitar was nicely tracked.

While the track has a pretty cool feel through it, it does get a bit heavy. I'm not extremely impressed with the synth undulating through the track, as it tends to get a bit heavy, and repetitive. The chord progression is nice, even though it is rather simple. A bridge is very much in order, to relieve a bit of the monotony in the track. While at first listen this track seems complicated, it is actually rather simple. Some really nice techniques were used to achieve some of the effects, and the attention to detail seems high. However, the dynamics could use some work.

This track has some nice string work in the intro, and carries into a beautiful dreamy piece. The lead is somple and broken, flowing easily from theme to theme, supplemented bu some nice voice samples. What really made me smile was the use of 'Starcraft' samples in the track. The bassline was a bit weak, as was the percussion, but it all fit together rather nicely, creating a pretty track. The echoes in the track really make it work, as the track might not flow as well without them. The dynamic mix was a bit off, leaning a bit too heavily onthe bassline. The lead was simple and effective, as were the changes.

This is a really moody track, with some absolutely beautiful changes. The artist has added a few tiny little samples in here and there that also make the track move a little better. I am mosy impressed with the use of thirds, that seem to come and go at the perfect moment, whether it be in the strings section or the melody line. The dark track gives way to a stunning bridge, full of anguish, but in a Major progression. This shows expert musicianship, and breaks the monotony of the standard four chord track that has become so popular. Overall, this track left me feeling a bit down, but throughout the playbacks, it offered some stunning ideas. I was impressed with the way the track never seemed to get too heavy, even though the volume did skyrocket in several places. While not too terribly complicated, this track shows a rare maturity, opting for simple effects, rather than flashy changes.

Some common tracks heard at basketball games, all compiled into a single file. This track does a pretty decent job of combining them, and really makes it sound like a marching band in a lot of ways. I don't know if that was the artist's intent, though. I think the track could be a lot better, with some changes in the percussion, as well as some volume changes. There's not too much happening, and that's the problem. The volume doesn't seem to change much, and borders on being overbearing. The percussion is also a bit plain, and sounds like something from an 80's pop tune. Sample quality isn't too wonderful either.

Gee, I wonder what this song is about. From the opening phrases of this track, "Space People," the track carries a mysterious and energetic aura. The synth in the track is active with some killer panning, which backs up the pizzicato strings and really well designed piano melody. The track is sparse in several places, relying on very few instruments to make the mood flow. This tactic works well in a climactic sense, and really prompts the listener to get into the track once it opens up with more volume, more instruments, and more complex rhythms. Overall, a really cool dream work, with some impressive attention to detail exhibited. I just love the way the track changes moods several times, with the piano taking the lead, then backing off. The changes are done nicely, relying heavily on the excellent percussion to carry the track. The panning through the mid-tone synths is hangled well, making the track all the more mysterious, and almost giving it life.

The intro to this track seemed to go on forever and ever. To be honest, that's where I got a bit lost. When the low chords did finally arrive, the panning just irritated me. I could not find a theme to latch on to anywhere in this track, except for a really cheap four note descending pattern. The excessive use of these four notes drove my poor ears crazy, especially with the screeching high pitches that are introduced about three minutes into the track. I honestly could not find much in this track to rave about, as it seems that everything helps make everything else worse. Apart from some extremely simple rhythm patterns, this track did not have anthing special in the technical department. The panning was horrid, and the mix was almost as bad.

There's some really cool chord progression effects in this track that seem to come out of nowhere. This, combined with syncopated brass and a a nice percussion give the track an almost 80's-ish feel. I think more attention could have been payed to working on a nice lead, as the track is a bit bare. There's several instances with melodies, but it's difficult to carry the track without a thematic lead. The guitar sample in the track fits well, though it's a bit too overpowering. Overall, this is a really nice remix of a decent tune. The percussion is straight out of the 80's, but is well written. The bassline has some cool triplets that flow really well with the mood of the track. I have to mention again the cool little chord progression changes through the track. This is a nice case of someone doing something different with a progression, and it really sounds nice.

The intro is a bit long, but considering this is a demo tune, that is certainly expected. The track itself moves well, and follows in the stlye and tradition of many other demostyle tracks to date. It is filled with intricate patterns and great changes, with nice progressions and a great leads. I loved the harmonic leads throughout the track, and changes from major to minor chords. Overall, this is an exceptional demostyle track that demands a listen. Great syncopation and arpeggios through the track make this really enjoyable to listen to, but some of the samples tend to be a bit weak. These make little impact on the overall impression of the track, though, as it is really well written, and obviously has a lot of time put into it.

This track is beautifully written, with some of the most awesome mid-tone synth I've ever heard. The steady progression keeps the track moving well through countless changes and stylings. The leads are all well planned, and with the exception of a few high tones, beautifully crafted. Percussion in this track is right on the money, being neither too flashy, nor too simple. To be honest, this track fits together extremely well, and has a lot to offer the listener in terms of quality and style. The syncopated harmonic patterns are absolutely wonderful through this track, following the same format through every change. Some complex panning is tracked in and makes for a unique listening experience. Pitch slides are also used to perfection, giving this track a slightly demo-ish quality.

This track has some really cool echo effects, but is really more of a several minute intro than anything. There's a lot of percussion, and some slick panning, followed by a bunch of well-placed samples, but no real meat to the music. Overall, this is a cool percussive track, and would make a neat break for a track, but not something that stands alone well. The echoes are immaculate, and the industrialish sounds are placed extremely well throughout the track. The samples fit the mood perfectly, and the percussion is top-notch.

This track is very repetitive and simple in nature, and offers little melodically to the listener. It has a simple lead, with many broken spots throughout it. The track is marred by a ride cymbal that will not go away, no matter how much the listener wishes it would. The guitar is not too bad in the break about two and a half minutes through, but the bass comes in following the same pattern, which gives this track a very unprofessional feeling. Overall, this appears to be the work of a beginner, who needs to concentrate on developing themes and harmonic intervals. Well, besides the awful dynamics in the percussion, this track doesn't have many technical issues involved that can be discussed. Some longer tones in the lead would have helped, and learning the fine points of operating a tracker will greatly benefit this artist.

This track is pretty weak, with the percussion being much too heavy in the high range, and very little substance. The strings are weak, and do not carry a very good progression, and the piano is not nearly mixed well. The onlt percussion through most of the track is an annoying bass drum, with very little reguge from this. The leads need work, as they are very repetitive, and do not sound to be planned very well. The up-tempo characteristics of this track remind me of almost half of the other tracks I've ever heard. The artist has fallen into the "beat" genre, and has created a similar song to almost all of the others. This track has major dynamic problems, which should definitely be attended to. I cannot see a remix in the future, however, as the track does not yeild much as it is.

This is a really poor mix of the theme commonly associated with Peanuts. The percussion is abysmal, and the piano sample isn't much better, lacking dynamic control and phrasing. The swing section isn't too bad, with some great pick up note writing. Overall, I wouldn't call this anyhting special, and it definitely doesn't go on my all time list. The majority of this track is written poorly, and handled with poor samples. Therefore, the majority of this song qualifies as poor. More attention should be payed to dynamics! The swing section is written much better, however, as the artist displayes some nice knowledge of tracking. The track finishes with a weak finale, written as poorly as the beginning.

Geez, there's a lot going on here. This short track has a whole lot of stuff crammed into minimum space. It never loses sight of the original theme, though it does seem to overlay it with a bunch of synth. The track itself is nice in the beginning, with a cool lead, and nice counters, but soon takes a severe tempo change, which killed it for this listener. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this track, due to its short life span, even though it is really nice for a few seconds. The tempo change really killed this track. The percussion gets really weak around that point, as does the dynamic control, which wasn't that strong to begin with. The sample quality is debatable. Most of them are fine, but some hang a bit, and should be worked on.

This track is really groovy, with its acoustic guitars and style changes throughout. The opening phrasing is nice, forcing this listener to actually get down a bit with a head bob. The brazillian style fung in the first break rocks, carrying the same theme through a new style. In the second bridge, a more classic rock angle is taken, with nice full band hits. Overall, this song is awesome, and a definite must hear. The sample quality is immaculate! Also, the multiple leads, constantly fighing for dominance is well played, and seems to be exactly what the song is asking for. The dynamic control is handled well, giving this song the impression of reality.

This is a really freaky metal track, with a cool theme. I can almost see this being in a vampire movie or something. The choir adds a lot, with some minor dischord, and a nice fade to it. The hammering guitar is well written, adding a lot of extra noise to the track, which fits really well. Also, the drum fills in this track are immaculate. Overall, this has got to be one of my favorite industrial tracks to date, and I would recommend it to anyone. The song is relatively straightforward, bordering on veing repetitive, but not bad tecnically. The eighth notes in the background are really cool, driving the track well, and the dynamic mix is written fairly well. This track could use better sample quality though.

After having heard so many of this artist's tracks, I must say that he's most skilled at dance/techno tracks, though he's gad a nice handle on music in general. This track is pretty damn heavy, with thrash guitars, and slamming drums here and there, but still carries long, freaky tones that I have come to notice in almost all of Mr. STEWE's music. This track is as mysterious as the rest, and almost as good. Overall, a cool thrash track, but lacking in some technical areas. See below for details. The samples are really bad in this track, especially the guitar. With this fixed, and a few new percussion instruments, this track would really rock. As it it, however, this song has some phenomenal breaks, and a great feel to it.

This track has some really cool chromatic-style moves, especially in the intro. The underlying rhthm is awesome, carrying the weaker portions of the track throughout. The lead isn't bad, but could use more substance. There are also some really great breaks in the track, which build to some nice climactic events. Overall, this is a cool track with some very new ideas and a creative element rarely seen. The syncopation is nice in the lows, but weak in the higher ranges. The latter portion of the song seems to go on forever, and gets a little old after a ferw minutes. The dynamic mix is not too shabby at all, though the real heartbeat of the track is drowned out now and again. The ending sequence is styled perfectly, and is delivered well through the use of volume manipulation.

The intro is a really nice blend of synth instruments, in a semi-symphonic medley. The percussion fits nicely, and adds a new demension to the track, as does the bassline. The harmonic piano mids and highs are beautiful with the progression as well. This track chnges little in the first few minutes, and is quite repetitive, though. There's a nice quiet portion in the middle of the track, which is a good climax builder, though the delivery is not all that it could be. After a bit more repetition, the song finishes strong with a nice fadeout. Overall, this is one of the better works I've heard from the artist, and I would recommend it, even though it needs a bit better arrangement. The arrangement, as I mentioned earlier, needs work. The track is long-winded and repetitive, and is crying for new leads throughout. The dynamic mix is not too bad, but could be tweaked a little better.

This track opens with some really nice phrasing, and a cool syncopated rhythm, but then goes into a really badly mixed track. The offbeats are way too load, and are a piercing piano sample. The track's chord progressions are simple, and a bit repetitive as well. The lead is written fairly well however, as is the underlying syncopated synth. Overall, this is not a great track, and one I would not highly recommend. There's some really nice low and mid syncopated rhythms, but not much else besides that to make this track stand out. The late portion of the song's arrangement is styled much better than the earlier portions, but still lacks flair. The dynamic control needs work, as does the arrangement.

Again with a nice intro! This artist is really talented in the use of builds and climactic intervals. The mysterious feel of this track is attributed to the mids and long tones in the intro. However, I'm not sure if the offbeat pattern fits so well in this track as Mr. STEWE's other tracks. There are implied leads throughout the track, and mixtures of quick phrases from several instruments that make up the melody of this song. Overall, this one is nice to hear a couple of times, but repeat playabiliy is limited. The syncopation has faltered a bit in this track. It has little to offer besides simple offbeat patterns, which don't work well. The track is pretty repetitive in most instances, especially in the mids and percussion.

This artist has long intros, as I've found, but it gives way to a decent lead after quite some time. The rhythm of the track is its driving force throughout, constantly adding a new syncopated pattern, or cutting one up that's already in motion. I was drawn to the light notion of the track, and it's simple seriousness, which this artist has displated time and time again. Overall, another excellent track from Mr. STEWE woth hearing. The tight clipping in the rhythm is the driving force in this track, while the lead tends to be a bit repetitive. The percussion lacks a bit, compared to the artist's other works, but isn't really a problem in the track.

This techno track simply bounces back and forth from one piano chord to another for the first minute or two, then changes to am exceptional progression. The synth strings in the background fit beautifully, and leave the track sounding more like an epic synphonic track than a slow techno track. I can't help being reminded of the ambience heard in the X-Files theme when I hear this track. Overall, a really gorgeous song, that is definitely worth hearing. The offbeats are done to perfection, with long, rich tones hiting on 2 and 4. The percussion is mixed well also, and is not too havy or overbearing in this track. I can't say that I'm overly impressed with the leads in this one, though. Some of the progressions are nice, and really unexpected. The percussion is simple ballad style, and has a nice light volume to it. Overall, there's not anything exceptional in the track, but at the same time, there's nothing really wrong with it either. This song has a kick ass intro, but comes up with some long tones later in the track that are not only too loud, but too long. Other than these tones, this track moves really well, and is arranged beautifully. The voice samples fit perfectly to the track, and add a lot to the opening effect. The track borders on repetition, but has enough changes to barely skirt by that. Overall, this is a cool dance track, that is sure to please novice and veteran trackers alike. Again, I must stress the clarity and exceptional handling of the voice samples. Rarely do they fit as well as this track offers. The dynamics are a bit off through most of the track, but it doesn't take much away. Nothing stands out in the mids and lows, but if one listens for them, one will notice their fluid motion through the track. They are placed well, and do nothing but support the song, rather than being a separate rhythm. Well written.

This work has some nice slow melodic phrases, with great use of eighth notes under the lead. The lead is a bit hard to follow at times, however, and seems to dwell on one thought for a bit too long in some instances. Late in the track, the fullness gives way to a simple oboe or clarinet, which is absolutely beautiful! The song progresses once more from there, to a decrescendo and a nice full orchestration of the previous theme. With another stroke of expert musicianship, the artist finishes the track with a key change that left me reeling in awe. Overall, this track isn't perfect, and has some minor issues, but is well worth a good listen. Some of the samples are a bit choppy, or have bad vibrato applied to them. The artist should use the instrument features in IT to correct some of these probles, which would result in a nicer flow to the track. I must applaud the artist in the use of tempo changes, which are the very breath of the song, and carry it through the tough spots.

The track has a mysterious feeling, offered by a mid range sample that keeps going and going and going. There's a break in the middle however, where it dissapears, and is replaced by a disgusting high pitch that continues the going and going. This track has nothing new to offer, never moving from its simple chord progression, and isn't really worth a long listen. Nothing particularly special technically. The lead is annoyingly high pitched, though the melody involved is nice. The percussion isn't anything wonderful, and almost seems not to fit in a few places. This song is so very powerful, from its opening phrases, to its beautiful leads. Orchestrated to perfection, this song lends itself to new age status, with simulated tempo changes, and one-liner countermelodies. The piano in this track is a sweet driving rhythm, outlining the lead with ease and beauty, until it is plucked by a violin, and carried into a half-time groove, where the violin once again reminds us of the influence that music has over one's emotions. I found myself getting into this track more than I have gotten into anything in quite some time, and I would highly recommend it to everyone. Overall, this is one of the best crafted tracks I've had the pleasure of listening to in a long time, and definitely has a permanent spot on my playlist. The subtle harmonies are placed to perfection, allowing the track to flow with ease, and also carrying the percussion track well. The percussion itself is phenomenal, with hundreds of tiny little modifications that allow it to function as part of the track, rather than just a beat.

The lead itself is weak, and seriously needs some mids and harmonics to fill the void. A couple of sweet chords in this one, and it'll play much easier. Overall, not too shabby, but it still lacks some elements that would make it repeatable. Well, there's a huge lack of sound through the track, which is derived from the lack of, well, sound. Upon first listening to this track, I though "Oh great, another run of the mill trance tune," but I was surprised at how this track grew on me more and more every time I heard it. The progressive nature of the track is well done, counteracting the speed involved. The result is a fast moving track with very fluid changes, and an easy to follow rhythm. Though it borders on repetition, this track is constantly adding new elements into the mix that follow the overall theme. As a result, the listener gets an experience above and beyond that of normal trance, with a little ambience thrown in, as well as the element of calmness. Definitely worth hearing. The percussion is standard trance-style, and is a little unbalanced through the track. Some of the samples are a bit weak as well. Despite these notions, the track is well written, and technically almost perfect. There is nothing that jumps out and steals attention, but rather adds to the overall feeling of the song.

This is a really simple trance-type track, with nothing special to offer. The artist has done a fair job of building the track progressively, but is never really gets to the climactic high that is perpetually promised with that build. The percussion is extremely simple, which is standard in these tracks, but I really believe that more could have been done with it. The song sound mushy in places, also, which is a limiting factor in repeat playablity. Overall, this is a regualar trance-style track, which demands no attention. The mix is decent, but the dynamic builds are too sharp. Also, some samples are just thrown in, and have no effect on the song, other than taking one's mind off of it for a short time. There is one thing that interests me in the track, and that's the countermelodies, most of which are implied harmonically, and are really excellent.

The intro is a little regal, sounding like the King is coming out to visit his people. However, there's some obvious problems with pitch. Of course artistic license is granted with each track, but this is just plain bad. There's chords that do not fit into the track at all, though with one note change, they could. The march-style drums add a lot to the track, but the low harmonies don't work well. There are also several occasions when the drums and low bass are alone for too long, which kills the track. Overall, this is not anything too terribly bad, but nothing that I would listen to more than a couple of times. There's absolutely no dynamic feeling in the track, though the artist has written in an uncountable amoutn of marks. More attention should be paid to the mix. The syncopated offbeats in the kettle drum are unwelcome in this style of music and do nothing but harm the track. Also, the lack of chord structure and progression is a major factor in the rating of this track.
