I could say that if you are rinding a bike that song is only for bike game... LOL... it just dont fits for an bike racing or just an walk with a bike but its almos there... The intention of the composer was to make an sinth/rock but it sounds more like an pop song by Shania Twain or something... (I dont know for sure) But the rythm is good and it could be used by an anime/manga demo or something... good work... It sounds good, it haves a good looping, pitch effect but.... my ears also have feelings and in some part of the songs when the composer send the pitch of the main sinth sample to the stars my ears were hurten.... too shrill synths aren´t good for ANY ear.... try to equalize it better next time lowering down the volume on too high tones ok?

Dont you remember something with that music? Nemo? NES? Yes... it sounds a lot like the musics of that game... in the fact it could be used for an game like that, the rythm is cool and fun. Small samples but not so much effects. Equalization is O.K. also... nothing so awesome for an chip song... the only problem is that the song doesnt have an end or at least an loop connection and is also very short....

The rythm is something that remembers an breakbeat ambient what is also an good variation in eletronic music composing. The song is cool... so it could be also used as an demo/background music to stay looping... Again space samples make the difference, altrough the drums are also good for a chip song and there are some echo effects... the equalization of samples also are very well done and all sounds smooth and simple...

If the purpose of the composer was to show the awesome capabilities of C64 than... he done it! The rithm is perfect for any starship song game or something like it... the arragement was also done carefully and the song sounds perfectly. the samples are very small, like an professional Chip song should have. There is also a lot of effects and sample equalization. the bass and treble of this songs where also very well calculated... keep going like that pal!

The samples are simple and short but they have their certain harmony when joint toghether on this MOD and at all it gives the listener and good relaxing sensation... its musically O.K. for me... Smirk is a exeptional sample handler artist in my opinion, and the effects where very well done so the final arrangement of the song also sounds ok... some space effects added an travel sensation and the equalization of the samples sounded O.K. too...

5 reasons to thenote and BAD mod file... - The drum isn´t a rock drum... is a dance or techno drum.... - The sinths aren´t used on rock and roll... - The song is very noisy, there is no harmony, no rithm definition, no tone combination - There is no SONG.... just a lot of noises that try toguether to do something but... sincerly... only god could save this song... - No begginnig and no end.... and the loop is very badly defining so the song cant be used enven for the worst game of all times... The instruments are not adequated to this song.... It seems like the first song of the artist... there is no work to make something better, there is no will to arrange the intruments... only the bass of this song is right... nothing more...

The melody remembers something like an adventure or an racing game... it has many little details and effects that make the beat cool even after many loops and makes you move your body. A good mix of melodic and peacefull synths and agressive basses make this song a lot special. Even being made for an chip compo this song would not receive an 10 there but here we thing as the song is for our ears not for an trophy. There is nothing repetitive, all is perfect and different all the time. Small sized 21 samples that vary from basses to single sine waves including a excelent percursion. The bass has some good effects as also the sinth samples have an OK pitch variation and the distribution of the sound and the volume was perfectly set so you can hear all and separate each instrument from another. An very enjoyable chip mod at all

Dr. Awesome is an very well known name in mod composing but this wasn´t one of his best songs. It has an very good and happy rithm but it is very repetitive and an it fails on the idea to make you happy couse is easy of get tired listening to that song. Its not good for listening but it could be used to game opening or ending... If you put it on loop you could note that the basses and the trumpet are VERY repetitive and there is very few criativity on the drums ,the whole song it self seems like a copy, paste and mix of lot of the 80´s 90´s mods that we are tired to listen....

The trance rhytm is mixed with a classical way of composing the song what makes a good mix of something that I could call also an Classical Trance. There is a little of what I could call an dream way of making the song that gives an relaxing and at the same time mystical and trance sensation. There is only one sample in the song, a piano. The song itself could have a little more effect... the panning is very well used in this song what makes it good to listen... and the contrast of low tones with high tones also given the song a good and relaxing experience making it enjoyable... at all an very good song.
