Yep, this is just a 15 seconds long chiptune loop. It's a perfect foundation for your own building blocks and probably terrible drum'n'bass remixes. At least that's what I did with this fragment. ;)

This one is a quite wonderful & relaxing piece of music. Nice atmo and clean acoustic guitar samples. Made my own remix / extended 6+ minutes version, too. Might upload that one, eventually. :)

Ouch. I'm pretty sure it's not the mod player, some parts are really broken harmony & structure-wise, so I'd say 4/10 is a fair rating for what it is. :)

Haha. Yes, I like how the porn samples contrast the hammy song comments section, which is talking endlessly about the author's diary of emotions, including a questionable poem collection. But ok, the guy was ~18 at the time, so I won't hold him accountable. ;) The music is kind of funny too: The piano is in going nowhere mode, the pseudo-surround and wall-of-sound like effect is tacky and overall it's just hammy as it could be. Still, it's an enjoyable tune, even though I'm not sure whether the humor was intended or not at all. :)

Ah, yeah. Terribly rancid four channel marimba metal, complete with hilarious solo. My organ featured (re)mix from '97 (not in the archive) was a bit longer, but just as low-fi as this, and not much better either. Still a likable and "cute" attempt to recreate speed metal with corny 8-bit Amiga samples. :)

Quite good chiptune cover of the Pippi Longstocking theme song. Won't blow your socks off (see? I did _go_ there.), but it's well done and enjoyable to listen to. :)

Yes, it's that good. 1995 world domination indeed. The realtime MS-DOS demo ("Dope" by Complex) would be a boring object show without it.

Yup. Lovely ambient, wonderful dry and fitting beats. One of my favorites, really. Check out part 2, which is a little more forward/dancy tune, but also very good.

Ahem. I don't know under what circumstances you can rate this a 3/10, but ok, everyone is entitled to their opinion. This thing is technically quite brilliant in its cheesy-ness and unsubtle self-indulgence. Yes, those guitars sound very corny, but given the time frame ('91?) and format (4ch Amiga Protracker) and genre (whaling cheese soft rock), this is pretty much as good as it gets.

As far as 1993 demoscene production soundtracks go, this was (and probably still is), the very definition of "epic". Best end-scroller music ever. :)

64kb intro soundtracks are not that easy to pull off with mods. The file size is limited, the patterns are few, the running time usually below three or so minutes. This is one of the best non-chiptune ones. Harsh beats mixed with a simple but lovable melody. Works very well with he visuals and as a stand-alone track.

Fantastic track with an utmost amazing file size to entertainment ratio. At almost 9 minutes, this is probably the best modern/"progressive" chiptune there is.
