For a song this isn't too bad really, although it is a little bit bland and the mixing could be a little bit better as I think the lead instrument is a bit loud. Also, I know that using Yomaru yelling as the lead instrument is part of the "joke", but it's a pretty jarring sample honestly. Something like a 12.5% duty pulse could've worked better perhaps. Can hear some good ideas in there but it kind of feels like it was slapped together very quickly and just came across as sort of bland and unfunny.

Also, I know it's been a long while, but I still feel kind of bad for that guy. It was pretty much the whole reason I offered to do a collab and uploaded modules he sent to me via PM on the forums under public domain. I understand the reasoning behind his ban on TMA, however.

My Giel
Walk through breaking rules
And roam all over featured modules
I stepped on stage, at The Mod Archive
All the people gave an applause that trived
And out of comments I did spam
I wore my giels but I'm not #1
My Giel cuts the hand of the severed
With mic in sand it got revered
My Giel and me both askin 10/10
We make a good team my Giel and them
We get around together, meme forever
And we will be mad when rated in bad weather
My Giel
My Giel
My Giel
(all jokes aside, i love it)

...what? This module plays just fine in OpenMPT, which has a pretty accurate simulation of the Amiga hardware. You may be playing with a Polyphase resampler though, which is why it sounds like a tin bath, but it plays at the the right speed. I don't see anything wrong with it, besides the fact that for some reason the FastTracker-only panning effect 8xx is used on patterns 15, 19, 20 instead of the arpeggio effect 0xx. I think the correct version is called "global_trash.mod", since it doesn't have any comments about being ripped.

Unless you might be confusing this version with the more well-known "global_trash_remix.mod," which is a remix of this song that is a bit more upbeat and also has better samples that sound a bit less muffled when using a resampling filter.

(Going back to the song itself, it's okay. I still prefer the remix, but this isn't that bad if you want to satisfy your curiosity. 6/10)

⬇️Are you sure that it isn't actually poorly made Flashy?

But seriously, I understand that this was an experiment in a W95 sound recorder, but it's not really that much of a song.

Basically a male version of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LKgoVTd5rOw . Don't really understand the purpose of sample 11. It's alright and works for a commercial or something, but it's not really listenable as a song.

Ooops! This was originally supposed to be a collab between me and Yomaru Kasuga, however, I thought that this was too good and too long to continue myself. However, my name is still in the comments on this module! I did not actually edit this at all, so no, "Defta Adrian" did not contribute to this song in any way.

By the way, this is a wonderful chiptune. Far better than anything I could've expected from Yomaru. Happy New Year! (a day late...)

Reminds me of something...
"I'M IN LOVE WITH THE DAMN TRAIN"
Goddammit.
Also, Gran Turismo 2 menu sounds for strings. Noice.

Anyways, this guy's modules I'm archiving, "Bogdi Zadlo," I'm trying to find any source to where I can reach out to him and perhaps have an interview with him. I do not know who this person is and can't find any information about him. I just found this archive as an .iso on an old Polish Amiga site which was taken down (which also had two weird animations, one of which I posted on Youtube.)

But this would be pretty cool for a rap instrumental.
"I'm in love, with the goddamn train"
But no seriously this sounds so much like CoCo by O.T. Genasis. Even more like the version by the version by Flying Kitty due to how it slows down and stops only to resume at one point.

Also, all his modules seem to end in a similar way, they play a voice clip with the E5x flanger trick (more commonly done with E1x though,) then slowed down percussion samples, then another voice clip, this time with no effects.

Pretty interesting, but some things disrupt the flow of the song, like pattern 4 and 10. But other than that, it's ok. I kind of like it. Kind of has it's own charm.

Is this actually made by 4-mat? It sounds like a mess. It has a good overall idea, but it's been executed horribly. The bass tries to pull off some swing tempo while the lead does not.

I absolutely adore the tone and simplicity of this song! It would be perfect for a video game. It's such a dark tone. But I don't know where it'd fit in a video game. Probably like some track select/car select in a racing video game.

I hope Ascender will someday come back and make music again.

One of my favourite out of the default songs in Need for Madness Multiplayer. I don't know why I like dark but yet energetic songs, but I absolutely love them. TANKARD.MOD and EAGLES.MOD for example. This song makes me think of a high-speed police chase. It's awesome.

Martin Grimme is practically on Ascender's level of making great memorable songs.

It's a pretty weird module. Kind of like a crappier version of the_year_1992.mod. In fact, it's eerily similar in structure to that module. Even the name's similar. Have no idea what's up with the sample names, but I like that sample of some old lady going "MMHMM." I don't know anymore. This is way too weird.

Also, I assume "Bogdi Zadlo" is the composer name since it's a Polish name. I hope that I can archive more of his stuff. This is pretty worthy of archival.

Also, the superimposed finetune trick. I love it.

The artist behind this is a guy called Ralf, who's scene name is DJ Jam. Check the Amiga Music Preservation database.
Anyways, this is song isn't actually that bad... for the first 4 minutes or so. Yeah, it's pretty repetitive and uses randomly edited ST-01 samples, but hey, it seems to be a pretty early module, so I give it that.
However, after that, it devolves into pure.... awfulness? For like 16 minutes. Who even writes a song that long.
And I thought the other 2010.MOD (the one by blackstar and trixal) was long, and that one's only 7 minutes long. However you can actually listen to those 7 minutes and enjoy every second of it. It's much more well-composed.
I don't know if it is in the archive, but I might as well upload it.

One of the better songs in the 2005 Java game "Need for Madness." Although it is quite repetitive, it has an enjoyable beat nad a very gritty feeling. It makes me think of a cop who's trying to arrest all the bad guys and save the city from corruption. It's very unwelcoming, to say in way that makes actual sense. It's a solid 8.

The exact opposite to jellybean_-_mean_machine, one of the worst songs in NFMM.
It's just some voices and sfx thrown into OpenMPT and saved it into a .mod, not anything special.

One of the best songs in Need for Madness Multiplayer, tho.
But the percussion is just unnatural, and I understand this took effort to make but honestly they just don't sound like actual snares and drums..
