Brendala LaFleshe: ok i can't help you with therapy hands on, i do know how to get the pain out. its like when you hold your leg when your sitting you hold it with 2 hands and lower down slowly like gravity and you do it over and over slowly...you start to smell an odor and threw you nose you huff it, the pain will go away for a instant, then the penicillen will work its itself through your nose and heal you... this will work in a few days and will last 2-3 years of joint damage!
