It's epic, energetic, hopeful, and maybe even a little bit dangerous... "Electric Heating" is an absolute classic. I have to give Nighthawk props for utilizing recurring riffs from his other works, "Cyber City" and "The Liberator." As far as I've seen on this site, leitmotifs are uncommon, but I greatly welcome them.
