Yes, another original composition! Gee, I sure wonder where the creativity
is coming from? Kore inspired me with his original composition skills, and
Moephix, who made me take up Impulse Tracker on my older computer, and then
later OpenMPT. Thanks you guys, for inspiring me!

While in school, I kicked a plastic mineral water bottle that was standing
on the floor. It made satisfying noises, when it bumps all over the floor,
you know? I tried kicking the bottle on the floor again, and I heard what
gave me the inspiration to make this song, as well as give it the title,
Bottleneck.

A bottleneck is a structure describing the neck of a bottle, yes, but I
based it off the definition that would describe a situation that has caused
something to slow down or stop. Ironically, I finished making the original
BGM in a day, late at night on the 3rd of January, 2020, and finished early
in the morning on 4th of January, 2020. That's really fast. Not so much
of a bottleneck, eh? I finished the module version on the 4th of January,
2020, so yeah. No bottleneck.

The original BGM was done in Vegas Pro. This cover in module form was
released first for a friend's birthday on January 12th, 2004, his name
being Jason Sng. The original composition's title would describe him as
slow, which would be insulting, but I meant it in a good way, since not
everyone who's slow, is actually bad. They're good in their own way, like
Jason, who, while bogged down by the stress and rigours from school, still
has the time to make videos, content, and meet up with his friends to
create funny skits, and an awesome series called Red Moth. I really admire
this about him, and made this song for his birthday. Happy 16th birthday,
you absolute mad lad.

I got lazy with the bass. The most I did was doing scale variations with
the counter melody, and that's it. The bass fit with the song, so yeah.
It's one of my old habits that follow me, and this came from the technique
I did the chords in Smile With Me, another original song I made.

The song is in F Minor. Never thought what I heard and made by accident
would be in minor key, but nevermind, heh.

The samples come from Gravis Ultrasound patches. They're like the original
GM.DLS (General MIDI) soundfont that you'd normally see used in MIDIs, but
also, a different type of soundfont. Yeah.

Special thanks to Jason Sng, aka Dinoboy65 of Budget Studios, you are a
great fam! Good luck on the 'O' Levels this year, and happy 16th birthday!

- Jason Ee, 4th January, 2020.
