one of the anime OC's Ezra's other songs, describing him "in action" >> aka fighting enemies with his
boomeraangs/metallic laser fidget spinners >> hence the mettalic noises.  You will notice its a bit slower
on some parts, as it describes his apparent nature during the fight(s).

It also sounds similar to his theme song.

You will also notice in the theme song and this one, I have also used other samples from other modules,
