Miss you IRL Saga, keep fighting whatever it is that is costing too much to handle, I am back here to take on what I can to take off the strain (its a lot I know) and I know I am the one that put it on you. I would like that fight to be over. Wishing you a happy (upcoming) birthday.

People change, and can grow though mistakes. I have recognised mine and want to make sure you know I have massive respect and pride in you for what you have accomplished over the years making music and a name for yourself in the demoscene. I wish things in my own life had not gotten to the point of complete explosion.

Take care and please consider emailing me, I have written to you but not sure if the emails arrived.

Much love
m0d

Hallo Johannes,

I've finished uploading my old 1991-2002 stuff here. Only handful of Amiga disks still wait in my shelf to be rescued and converted and some lost files are still missing somewhere in the digital space..
New stuff is of course coming, but I'd like to have my pending list cleared. So, could you (or someone else from the crew) please check my pending modules (release or reject).
Some of them have been hanging about a year there for a second thought.

Vielen Dank und Gruss,
t+

Re: Hello, how was the huxchx.it (ID: 198951) module accepted on the archive? It was 11 MB large and 27 seconds long. (Note: I am not frustrated, just asking. It is really weird to have this on the archive, despite the screening rules :)

Viraxor: I'm going through them at the moment. Next time, in addition to not claiming them as your own, please do a quick search which tunes already might exist on the archive to spare the screening crew some work. Most of the tracks you uploaded are absolute classics, the chance of them not existing in the archive yet is near zero.

Re: Hello, I made a big mistake. When I was uploading modules to the archive, I've accidentally selected the Yes option instead of No, claiming that all of the modules I've uploaded were mine. Can you please reject them all, except viraxor_-_ein_adonis_final.xm, viraxor_-_revoked.mod and viraxor_-_laze_doesnt_like_icecream.mptm because those are indeed made by me? I am very sorry for making such a mistake.

Saga Musix: Thanks for the quick response and the tips! I will slow it down next time I upload modules.

Re: There's many factors that can make it easy to spot. It mostly boils down to knowing how a typical MID2XM / OpenMPT / ModPlug Tracker MIDI import looks like, and checking if the pattern data looks like anything a human being would write. Factors can be: Are the measures not aligned to pattern boundaries at all? Are notes often misaligned (too early / late, an issue with the old MPT import)? Are standard MIDI instruments used exclusively? Does the module not loop properly? Does each and every note have a volume command? On other other side, there are effects that have no MIDI counterpart (e.g. vibrato), so if they are found in patterns, the module is hand-written. > sorry for the pain I'm causing to the screening team It would be great if you could slow it down a bit. If you already have more than ~50 uploads waiting, don't upload any more. That way uploads by artists can be prioritized and approved in a timely manner more easily.

Saga Musix: Yeah, I thought about echo channels. Thanks!

Re: The echo channels? I guess the author didn't double-check that they actually work as intended, because they don't even produce output in FT2 itself. Synthesized MED files are allowed, but they won't work on the online player for now.

Re: Hello, a module that I uploaded, traymuss_reksio_i_koziolek.xm, is currently in the queue. However, some channels have notes and assigned instruments to it, but the channel outputs nothing. I was not sure if it is corrupted or OpenMPT isn't playing it well. If it's corrupted, I'm sorry for wasting your time.

Re: Whassup! I've been planning on uploading most of my tracks into TMA since I've been making music for months... although I could use a little inquiry: I'm kinda interested in how the artist account works, however, I'm a little weirded out: I mostly do covers of various songs, some of which may be situated to copyright. If in case that happens, does those modules also have the chance to be assigned to an artist account or otherwise?

Thank you for your contribution and tips! On the first track, also I doubted at the time, but decided to drop by to explain the why of that "nirvana". (No fix in Renoise, because it seemed to me more natural). Also, thank you again! ;))

ASIKWUSpulse: Hey, I think just dropping the volume a little bit more would have helped - it should not alter the characteristics of the sample at all.

Re: Hi, thanks for reviewing my module (Samba Cone Disco if you don't remember). The sample of instrument 12 is for me a quite unused sample, due to it being very loud as you said, something I directly noticed when I created it, but had no clue how to make quieter without ruining the characteristics. There's a harmonic with some sub-harmonics one octave above the ground tone that is peaking. In this case, it was thrown in on the fly in music making progress, which means I tried the easy-solutions, which itself means dropping the global volume of the sample a little :D
