Title: Why my uploaded modules haven't been screened to the website?
Post by: lucmsilva on January 04, 2024, 00:33:44
Ik, some screening process can take a long time, but I have 2 modules waiting on my account since April 19 2023 to screening by a second crew member. If anyone can help me, please reply to this topic. Bye guys!

Hi.

Could you name the modules you are talking about, so I can give them a look?

Hi.

Here are the modules, with the post dates on them:

db_cydon-spedup.xm > Apr 19 2023
lhs_rld10_remix_v2.xm > Jan 02 2024
space_debris_spedup.xm > Apr 19 2023

These modules are in the Waiting section.

The _spedup filename there suggests these are not genuine remixes, its certainly a quality issue, we've only had one person able to do screening so theres been nobody else to double check whether these are ripoffs or not. Looper and I will check

I just found the spedup_ module sitting in the part of the queue which is hidden from screeners at the moment because there are people uploading “sped up” versions of the original tracks. These are considered RIPs and will be rejected. Plagiarism isn’t cool my guy.

“This module was rejected because it is pattern matched with the original. This is NOT considered a remix. This was moved to a queue which detected identical pattern matching for the whole module. This is considered a RIP.”

Sorry to inform you that the rest are plagiarised as well, technically. Not intentionally I know, remix territory is probably new to you so its not a big deal but I am glad the tracks got caught the in the system.
