Hi,
i'm searching for a tune with [...]
Edit: Never mind... found a solution.

You can also search for instrument texts on modarchive without having to rely on other people's collection or external tools. Also, there are actual tools made for this specific task, such as my own (outdated, but will be replaced by a new version soon) tool called ModLibrary (http://sagagames.de/?modlib).
-
The site search engine finds more than 11 pages. The names say nothing to me, i have to hear them. Grabbing 11 pages manually (2 clicks/1 subpage load per file) is way too much hassle though.
The external tools just parse local files. Unless you want to me to use mass crawler on the site its not an option either i guess. :P
For this case these are not really alternatives to the method described above i think.

Btw, how's it coming along Saga?

Maniaxx: Then consider using ModLibrary, download the ModArchive torrent and throw the whole collection at the tool. You can then go through the modules one by one.
Axxy: I have practically not touched the code in the last few months.

I solved it by downloading the filtered files from the site. Its just some hundreds MBs.
Thanks for the help.
