Title: Claiming ownership of modules
Post by: Merlin on March 29, 2024, 10:34:10
As instructed I went here to claim ownership of 3 modules that are already in the archive. My artist/member page and id is here:
https://modarchive.org/member.php?85662

And the three modules are:
https://modarchive.org/index.php?request=view_by_moduleid&query=177772

https://modarchive.org/index.php?request=view_by_moduleid&query=145419

https://modarchive.org/index.php?request=view_by_moduleid&query=201026

Thanks in advance for your help and also and not least for doing the Lord's work of keeping this archive alive and well.

Hi Merlin and welcome to MA.

Having a fairly large collection of modules myself and reading that you are claiming your own work here at MA. At the moment you have 30 mods on MA, are you going to add more in the future?

Just in case you have any missing modules or are going to add more here, can you confirm that these are accurately credited to you or not?

Thanks! :)

Yeah i will probably add a few more as they are dug up from my recently-disvovered-and-long-forgotten backup.

I can confirm these:

gammelfar_ziked.xm
merlin.swe_a trip 2 da blue.xm
merlin.swe_cold breath.xm
merlin.swe_just a feeling.xm
merlin.swe_mental environment.xm
merlin.swe_purity.xm
merlin.swe_queen of love.xm
merlin.swe_retard.xm

Those i am guilty of - the rest are not by me :)

Thanks for the info.

You have a entry over at https://amp.dascene.net/detail.php?detail=modules&view=4842

Just to clarify..

You didn't have another alias of Clav, just Gammelfar?
The protracker mods are not by you?
The 2 children mixes are not yours? (i do rename mods to fit my collection structure).

Thanks for that, it's not my page. Confusing with several Merlins. Looks like mostly his songs there with a few of mine mixed up/in.

I was Gammelfar first then Merlin, and nothing else :)
I was part of Sublime and OTB and highly doubt he was

Can you let me know if there is some work i need to do here as i am very confused if this is an additional request for adding/connecting more stuff to OP's profile.

Cheers!

Hi m0d

Don't think anything has changed from Merlin' side of things, I think you sorted out his request.

More about me asking about already existing modules on various sites where modules are mixed up between several Merlin's and the fact that somebody comes back to here after a few years, I was just asking for clarification on some of those modules, doesn't happen too often nowadays.

Sorry for the confusion...
