Title: Please help identify this jungle/DNB track

I'm looking for a sample-based track that appeared in a couple of YouTube ads in 2008 on a channel called the Talk Media. I don't know if it's made with a tracker, but it sounds like it could be.

You can hear a sample of the song on my entry on watzatsong.com (https://www.watzatsong.com/en/name-that-tune/578462.html). There's a longer version playing in the background of this YouTube ad (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wyOsGCsKkR8).

Also, some guy either remixed or plagiarized it on SoundCloud, and SoundHorn is now identifying samples of the original as this guy's track. He hasn't been active for several years now, so I think he's a dead end.
