How do I exit fullscreen milkytracker on a mac?

It's grating now.

Clicking the top left corner of the screen should bring up the Quit dialog.

If you just meant exiting from full-screen to windowed mode, looky here (http://modarchive.org/forums/index.php?topic=919.0).
