MilkyTracker Feature Requests / Setting loop-points while holding a note

Hi all,
when setting loop-points i am used to play the note on the keyboard, hold the note and fiddle loop-points to achieve a perfect loop.
Milkytracker doesn't update the played loop while i hold the note, instead i have to retrigger the note to hear the loop with latest parameters.
Could this be changed or at least get a an option somewhere in the prefs?
Otherwise fantastic piece of software!
