Title: I believe one of my mods contains a copyrighted sample

I have removed the mod from all streaming services, so that it is only available on TMA. I do not intend to make money on any platform using the mod. Is it, then, alright to have it up on TMA?

I don't know if these samples are copyrighted, will look it up later
