Info:

I had downloaded heaven.xm years ago (late 90s  :)) and came across the original today while going through the archive.  There's nothing in the text that would indicate the two trackers are the same person, and no credit is given in heaven.xm to the original.  Mods are virtually identical besides sample/instrument text.

Saga Musix:
very obvious case indeed. a typical newbie, not knowing how to handle a tracker, except changing instrument texts.
