Title: Hello + Question

Greetings, just getting into tracker music. Have been using Reason for some years but always wanted to get into tracker so here I am!

I am able to use Milky and create tracks and edit samples however I am still new to the interface.

One noob question (I am sure it has been answered many times and I have looked) I am unclear what the other columns do in the channel tab besides the note tab. I believe they are effect / volume etc. but I am unclear which is which. Any help appreciated.

Where is the best place to ask nooby questions?

The columns are NNN II VV EEE
NNN - Note
II - Instrument number
VV - Volume column
EEE - Effect column
The effects that can go into the volume and effect column are described in the manual - read it. You may want to ask your questions in the dedicated MilkyTracker sub forum instead of the general ModArchive forum, too.
