how to convert mp3 format into mod format?
who know what tool can do it?

[X][Fri 10:27] <m0d> mod files have only pattern data and instrument samples. you cannto reverse engineer an MP3 which is just a recording, to bare roots unless you go to the drawing board and recompose it from scratch in a tracker.

There is software used for some kind of forensics engineers.
It is called SignalWavePro or similar.
It is designed to find similar,the same sounds spread over recordings, it even recognizes different pitch.
It is able to extract such sample, cleaned from backround voice, and put into xml file times and frequency shift of such sample.
It is not mod yet, but you are close.
