I doubt it's a module. SNES and other console music was usually not made in trackers*. It just sounds vaguely similar to "normal" tracked music because the used technique (low quality sample playback) is the same.

* There are some notable exceptions like the Waterworld (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0H5YoFv09uQ) soundtrack, but that was made by an Amiga musician - As far as I'm aware, most Japanese VGM authors were not active in the Amiga / tracking biz.
