I got the song from a youtube gaming video that used to be around , but is sadly no more. I don't remember the video

Doesn't sound like .mod to me, more like .xm?

IDK, why, but I think it's unlikely a Maktone tune. The reason I thought it's WOTW, was becauuse I recognized some of the samples. I combed through all WOTW songs, but didn't find a match, sadly.
