Title: [fixed] Changing Password issues

firstly: the first input field (which should contain the old password, right?) does not have a label.
secondly: when submitting a password, i get this message:

Code: [Select]

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tla_ads() (previously declared in xxxx:2) in xxxx on line 78
