well, regarding the 2nd tune, have you already looked which demo it is? that might help...

It's Mikrobi by Moods Plateau
and the mod is a cover of jeroen tel - rubicon (thx to alpha c). The nfo says msx by maze, but cant find anything on their site. Or anywhere else...
