Title: how to insert instruments...
Post by: pilope on March 10, 2008, 20:34:44
hey,

I used fasttracker 2 once, but I totally forgot how to do the do.
I actually know how to load an instrument, but I don't know how to put it into a position, where I can play it. in other words:
I would like to be able to add instruments to the channels but I can't.

anybody help me?

Hey hey, phil.

To enter notes (and other pattern data), enable record mode by clicking the Rec. button or by pressing Space when the song is stopped.

and then....I use "haute securite", a program to prevent unwanted stuffs.
it shows, that milkytracker is a not so good program. anyone has any experience with the safety of the tracker? is it safe? or will is plaster my comp with 10.000s of mal-, spy- and other ware?

cheers, phil

haha, what,   no way dude.  It is totally benign, not gunna do anything unwanted to your PC.  At least, I've got it running on like 4 computers now,  no issues,  runs totaly fine, nothing suspicious at all.

That is what is known as a "False Positive". Faulty security software, not MilkyTracker.
