I'm by no means offering official help here but what I'd do is open up a track and have a look at how it is made before you have a go yourself. Open a track, then clear it's pattern data and have a play around with the instruments that are already loaded.

Hit the space bar to initiate edit mode.

Before trying to use the program you should try to play an existing module. If that doesn't work you have probably a sound driver issue. You can try different sound drivers by clicking the "config" button and select another sound driver.

Hii.  yeah played a song on each driver and tryed to put some in and nothing one crashes milkytracker lol and the others don't play the stuff i'm putting in and one won't play the loaded song either, should i update my drivers maybe? or could my download be corrupt somehow?
