Title: How to create chords?
Post by: saimon69 on May 23, 2008, 21:45:06
I remember I used to have a function in the old protracker called "chord" where you put the notes to blend in and the software creates a new sample with a chord. Is there anything like that in milkytracker or is planned to?

how can i do in the meanwhile beside the a bit boring solution to put notes in the pattern, record it as wav and then cut the unnecessary silence?

Record directly to sample slot (by clicking the "file" button in the recorder panel and selecting a slot). Then cut away bits you don't want (or crop the stuff you do want!). I don't think it'll ever get more exciting than that.
