Title: Load/Save .XI instruments etc

i believe tob has these planned, but i would like to be able to load/save .xi instruments and use .xm effects.

I want to vote this one up as well.  Currently it is hard to deal with instruments as there seems to be no way of copying instruments around, and simply being able to load up instrument defs from the filesystem would really help.
