Title: How do you make music?

I like making music with modplug, but anyhow I'm not very good. I don't know how to start a new music, etc.

For example, I would like to make a space sounding music with techno sounds. What do you do first? and what next? Maybe can you make/find a good tutorial for me?

There is nothing like the ultimate way to create a module. What I suggest is a lot of practice and, very very important, listening. Download some modules and look how others do it. Try to imitate what they're doing to achieve a good sound. Also have a look in the forums right here, there are several useful threads for beginners.
As I can see you're German, I'd also like to point you to the inofficial German OpenMPT Wiki (http://sagamusix.de/openmpt/Hauptseite) which will help you getting along with Modplug Tracker (or rather OpenModplug).
