Title: Happy chiptunes for my game
Post by: Saga Musix on December 21, 2008, 15:27:46
Since I'm not very good at chiptunes at all, I as you to make some for me =)

I'm currently working on a new game and what I need now is some über-happy chiptunes for it. I already asked some people to get some, but if you want to make some music for an Icy Tower-like game that will run both on Windows and Linux, please let me know. Binaries are out, but I don't want to spread the link too far yet. If someone wants them, let me know.

I've thought of chiptunes in radix style, like

Seems promising, and fitting music. You should definitely get key/controller config in soon though, tried playing with a Thinkpad and the useless keyboard chokes on up+left+space. :(

Yeah, it's pretty much your avatar :D
I know about the blackness problem, and there's a fix for it. I'll see when I can release the next version - last exam is tomorrow, yay :)
