Title: Found my mod on this site..how to "link" it to my profile ??

Hi.
I have uploaded some old Amiga mods that i made in the 90´s to Youtube. Some guy writes to me that one of the mods is on this site modarchive. ;D

Now I have registred here but how can I "link" my name/profile to the track ?
It´s this track :
