Is there a way I can get a 1366x756, or other 16:9 fullscreen display in Vista? I just got a new monitor, but can't seem to set a custom setting to fullscreen.

What exactly is the problem? Are you having trouble with how to try and set a custom resolution or you already did that and it isn't working? I just tried a couple of custom resolutions to rule out a possible typo in your post and I have to admit that while 1366x756 and 1366x768 produce weird skewed results, 1360x768 and 1360x765 for example seem to work. The last one of those seems to be the only one actually 16:9 and I get an error trying to switch to full-screen with my awesome 4:3 CRT.

I managed to get fullscreen in 1024x756, but 1024x578, which is 16:9.
I'm just having an issue with getting fullscreen on a custom 16:9 resolution. 1366x756 is, according to the manual for the monitor, the reccomended display setting, as well as the highest.
And, yes, the issue is getting 16:9 in full screen. The 4:3 resolutions work fine for me.

But what's the result, an error or something weird?

"This display setting is not supported by your gfx card/monitor."
I've gote a ATI Radeon 3200 HD integrated graphics controller, and my monitor isn't HD. Should I update my drivers and try again?

Well, it's at least HD Ready. ;) You could give the updated driver a shot.
