Title: Changing Milkytracker resolution using the Terminal in Ubuntu
Post by: Majjen on June 13, 2009, 00:08:32
Hey guys!

I guess this is more of a linux question than a Milkytracker one, but you lot seem to know you way around things so maybe you could help me :) As I said in the topic, I'm jusing the latest Ubuntu install 9.04.

I managed to set the resolution too high and now I can't run it. The terminal gives me this error:

Code: [Select]
henrik@henrik-laptop:~$ milkytracker
Couldn't set display mode: No video mode large enough for 1024x768
Could not set video mode: No video mode large enough for 1024x768

Is there some command I can give milkytracker to run in a lower resolution, like milkytracker -s 1024x600?

Hope you can help me! I got a whole night to waste, so I need my tracker! :)

I'm afraid there's no such command but how about deleting the MilkyTracker config file located in your home directory (I think) and then running the app?
