Seems unreachable today, wonder what's up with that -
Has it (again) gone to ground?
Has Mysterium forgotten to pay for the domain rental?
Has someone broken the DNS?
Stay tuned to find out on this epic journey of an adventure!
(Scroll down this thread for the workaround to access TiS)

Workaround
If you want to access TiS
Put this in your hosts file:
69.8.125.212 traxinspace.com www.traxinspace.com
Windows:
C:\WINNT (or wherever windows is)\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
*nix:
/etc/hosts
MAC OSX:
/private/etc/hosts
or follow:
http://ocaoimh.ie/mac-os-x-how-to-update-etchosts/
I don't have a Mac so I don't know for sure.

Worked here on OS X (10.5.7) right after modifying the hosts file.
