Yeah it's probably a big stab in the dark, but it occured to me that I'd like to listen to me mods (and IT, XM...) on my Treo 650 (Half phone, half palmtop, whole bunch of fun... :D ) which runs Palm OS
Haven't managed to find any software yet, though, so I thought I'd ask here on the off chance..
Thanks peeps

Palm OS, eh? :)
I made a check on Wikipedia and their list of Audio Trackers and found a tracker called psytexx which is a cross-platform open source Pro- and Fast Tracker for PalmOS and other formats.
EDIT: Scroll down a little bit on the same download page and you will find a MOD Player called Psytexx Player, which can play more audio formats than the tracker (Supports playage for MP3, OGG, WMA, MOD, XM, IT, S3M, WAV).
Here's the related links I found:
Download page of the Trackers for PalmOS!:

The home page of Psytexx:

The Wikipedia article on Psytexx:

The Wikipedia Audio Tracker List:

I hope that helps you out! You were sure lucky that I found these for you! :D
