the e-mail on the link http://modarchive.org/index.php?request=view_by_moduleid&query=168184#up does not work. Does any body know about his e-mail?

Well, the module is over a decade old, I don't think that you can expect those emails to be functional. :) I've tried searching for his new nick, starbaze, but didn't come up with much. I guess there's little hope that you can still find him on the 'net.
