Title: What is '<>|' in jivatma's MilkyTracker tutorial?
Post by: DuckReconMajor on October 19, 2009, 18:00:07
I'm reading jivatma's MilkyTracker tutorial, and a sentence reads:
Quote
Please enter on the top position of Channel 3 and 6 a '<>|' (the key near 'y')
I can't figure out what this is. ???

jivatma is probably using the German QWERTZU keyboard layout. Therefore his Y key is where the rest of us have the Z key, making the "<>|" key the "Key right of LShift" mentioned in the manual. If there's nothing between your Z and LShift, you're probably US English (isn't this fun??). No worries though, you can use the Caps Lock key for the same effect. UNLESS you're on a Mac... ;)
