Title: How do I switch between full screen and windowed display (GNU/Linux)
Post by: YuGiOhJCJ on May 08, 2011, 19:28:49
Hello,

When I read the documentation, I can see :
---
Alt-Enter   Switch between full screen and windowed display (Windows & SDL)
Alt-Command-F   Switch between full screen and windowed display (OS X)
---
But on GNU/Linux nothing is written in the documentation.
Alt-Enter or Alt-Command-F doesn't works on GNU/Linux and the only thing which works is using the mouse in the config/Layout menu.

How do I switch between full screen and windowed display (GNU/Linux) ?

Thank you.

The Linux ports rely on SDL, so AFAIK Alt-Enter should be working. Could something, like your window manager, be hijacking that particular combo? It happened to me before on Kubuntu when I wanted to copy an area to clipboard in FT2 edit mode, that the Alt-F4 was grabbed by the WM and MilkyTracker was closed.

Yes you are true.
It is my window manager openbox.
The Alt+Return key was already binded to switch between full screen and windowed display.
So it was in conflict with the milkytrackers binding.
So now, I use Alt+Up and Alt+Down in openbox to remove the conflict with milkytracker.
Thank you.

Problem solved.
